Lage, Lage, Lage! Diese atemberaubende Immaculate Wohnung wurde aktualisiert und befindet sich am Fuße des Park City Mountain Resort! Dies ist eine voll möblierte 2 Schlafzimmer + Loft / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung und hat neue Farbe, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Internet, Pool, Whirlpool, voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, etc.), Holzkamin und vieles mehr! Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse genießen Sie eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Berge, den Terrain Park und das Park City Resort. Die Terrasse bietet eine fantastische Après-Ski-Umgebung und der beheizte Pool und der Whirlpool für 14 Personen sind nur das i-Tüpfelchen für Ihren Park City-Urlaub. FREE WI-FI, Whirlpool, beheizter Pool, Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Diese Wohnung ist die größte Einheit in der Snowcrest-Komplex, mit 1000 Quadratmetern und ist komplett für Ihren Urlaubsaufenthalt ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein QUEEN-Blockbett, verspiegelte Schranktüren, mindestens 300 Laken, Daunendecken und Blockmöbel. Unten auf dem Flur befindet sich ein komplettes Badezimmer.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll in Granit dekoriert und verfügt über alle Geräte (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd usw.). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen LED / LCD-HD-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player, NETFLIX, DVDs, einen Holzkamin (Holz vorhanden) und komfortable Sofas mit herrlichem Blick auf das Park City Mountain Resort. Es gibt auch einen erweiterbaren Esstisch für bis zu 6 Personen sowie 3 Sitzplätze mit Hockern an der Inselbar.

Eine Wendeltreppe vom Wohnzimmer führt Sie nach oben zu einem einladenden Loft mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und einen Dachboden sowie ein komplettes Badezimmer im Obergeschoss (das Bad befindet sich zwischen dem Dachboden und dem privaten Schlafzimmer, sodass Sie nicht durch ein Schlafzimmer gehen müssen, um zum Badezimmer zu gelangen). Ein WLAN-Internetzugang ist im gesamten Gerät verfügbar. Ein High-End-Privat-HE WASHER & DRYER wurde für Ihre Bequemlichkeit hinzugefügt.

Ich habe auch ein weiteres 2 Schlafzimmer + Loft im Snowcrest-Komplex (850 Quadratfuß), das möglicherweise ebenfalls verfügbar ist.

Bitte beachten Sie: In diesem Komplex gibt es keinen Aufzug und meine beiden Einheiten befinden sich im 3. Stock. Wenn Sie für einen Ski / Snowboard / Aktivurlaub kommen, sollte dies sicherlich kein Problem für die meisten sein, aber wenn Treppensteigen für Sie oder jemanden in Ihrer Gruppe problematisch ist, mieten Sie bitte nicht in dieser Anlage. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind in der Nebensaison von Mitte April bis Mitte September bis Mitte November geschlossen.

Patti is a gracious host with excellent communication. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. The condo itself is extremely convenient to ski or go to Main Street and there’s a bus stop directly across the street if you don’t feel up to walking. The kitchen is also very well stocked with cookware, dishes etc.

FYI, it's super easy to walk right across the street to three lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort (vs drive), or hop on the free shuttle that stops right at the complex and take it one stop to the main Park City plaza if you don't want to start at one of the three lifts across the street. Also, I highly suggest anyone going to Main Street hop on the free shuttle bus for the 3/4 mile trip to Main street (or walk if it's a nice day).

Thank you for your review, Mike, and I'm glad you enjoyed the location and hope you had some good days skiing. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the size of the living room. This condo is the largest unit in the Snowcrest complex at 1,000 SF and has 2 full bedrooms along with a bonus loft area to sleep a total of 6 people. To be as transparent as possible, I represent the size and overall space in as much detail as possible (even include a video tour in the VRBO listing) and the posted pictures were taken in December 2024 after the recent remodel. The couch seats 3, and the living room has another chair and 2 bar stools and 4 chairs for the dining table. I will do my best to try to think of a way to add better seating for the future and appreciate your input. So glad that you enjoyed the location and thank you for choosing my condo.

Everything was seamless with check in. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the base slopes of mountain village. Beds were comfortable. Had all the necessary appliances for cooking in the condo. Would definitely stay again

My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay in the condo. Easy check in/out logistics and great location for skiing and Main Street. The property was as advertised - a bit dated but functional. Good water pressure and hot water. Found the heat to be a bit variable between rooms. Really well stocked kitchen (butter, coffee, etc.) and bathrooms with toiletries. We’d definitely come back!

We enjoyed our third year in this cozy, comfortable, and clean condo. Kitchen appliances are new and full-size and the table expands to accommodate quite a few extras for dinner if needed. Location is perfect for walking right on over to ski equipment and lifts, and the fireplace is fun in the evenings. The place is well-stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and has lots of fireplace wood and starter logs. Great fun!

Great Location

This condo is in a great location just at the base of Park City mountain. A word of caution - be sure to understand the layout of this two bedroom and loft. It is suitable for people without small children as the second floor is accessible by a spiral staircase. The condo was well equipped with the proper cooking utensils.

Most children LOVE the spiral staircase and enjoy going up and down it and it's a great space saver. I know we discussed the layout and stairs in our conversations before you arrived and I'm so sorry if I wasn't able to articulate the layout. There is also a virtual tour on the site so I urge everyone to 'take the tour' before booking so you can understand and see the layout. This is the largest unit in the complex at 1,000 square feet. I would not suggest this unit for anyone who needs an elevator as it is on the third floor and there is a spiral staircase within the condo leading to the top floor. But glad you had a good time and loved the location and all the amenities I provide.

Everything is perfect!

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing and snowboarding! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen, as advertised. We enjoyed grinding our fresh coffee every morning. It was a great and comfortable stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Seamless check in / out. The owner was so nice and very responsive. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cozy, Close to Slopes, and Accommodating

This third floor walk-up is perfect for avid skiers as well as casual skiers and mountain lovers. It's very close to the slopes, but this cozy, compact unit also has a good view of what's happening on the mountain for those who stay at home for the day. Main Street and all its fun shops, galleries, and eateries is just down the road, and when everyone gathers in the evening for dinner, the well-stocked condo accommodates many with its expandable kitchen table and bar stools. A very relaxing and comfortable place we would rent again.

My family of five went on...

My family of five went on a last minute February trip to Park City. Patti was very accomodating - helped with lift tickets, info on Park City. It was our first ski trip to UT. My boys -8 and 10 loved the bunks. Teenage daughter loved having her own room in loft. Well stocked kitchen, fireplaces, kids loved pool. Very close to Park City, you can see it from the deck. Short drive to Deer Valley, Shuttle across the street to Main St and other mountains. Good affordable accomodations - would stay again.

Overall, it was a great experience.

The condo is close to the base of Park City Mountain and is walking distance to the lifts. It is a little difficult for your smaller skiers, but doable. The condo has all the basic needs and was very clean. Patti, the condo manager, was extremely helpful and provided lots of great information before our trip. She was also accommodating with our VERY early flight schedules. Our only real issue was the hot water... for some reason it only stays hot for one person to take a QUICK (about 5 min.) shower, even though the condo sleeps 6 people. As a result, we had to really work to rotate our showers and many times at least 2-3 people had FREEZING cold showers.

Thanks so much for your review and very glad you found the condo close to everything, While the condo is located just across the street from 3 lifts (First time, Three Kings, and Eagle), you can easily hop on the free shuttle bus just steps from the condo and take it one stop to the main base 1 stop away if you don't want to walk the 5 minutes to the lifts. I'm glad you enjoyed the upgrades, new appliances, cleanliness, and appreciated the very early check in. I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with the hot water. This is the very first I've heard of an issue and the 50 gallon water heater is new as of December 2017. Had you called, emailed, texted or somehow gotten in touch with me I would have addressed it immediately. I will certainly look into it now that I know about it but wish you had gotten in touch with me during your stay so we could have addressed it then. Thank you again for choosing my condo and I hope in the future you contact the owner or property manager if you have any issues with your stay while you are there so it can be addressed. Wonderful place to stay near Park City Resort

We had a great time at this location. It is conveniently located near Park City Resort so that, every morning, we had only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Patti is an exceptionally good host and provides recommendations on transport, places to eat, and stays in communication with her guests. The property itself is clean, cozy and perfect for a family. Our two children stayed upstairs in the loft area while my wife and I stayed in the bedroom below. We all felt that we had more than enough space. It is a short walk to downtown Park City and we did not feel the need to rent a car. We will absolutely book again the next time we come to PC.

Easy access to mountain and can walk to town

Everything you need to have for a weekend on the mountain. Walking distance to the lifts, ski rentals, and groceries. Downtown is a 25 min walk but easily reachable and can take a quick uber either way. Full kitchen makes it easy to eat before and after a long day on the slopes. Communication with owner was very easy and hospitable.

Snowy spring break

This condo was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was our first trip to Park City, and this condo was the perfect location. Close to lifts and an easy ride to town on the shuttle. The grocery store is even walking distance away. Patti was very communicative and responsive. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. We loved Park City and will definitely be back.
