Nestled in the heart of historic Colonial Beach, the renovated historic building is perfect for your family and friends getaway. This property is one of the only ones in downtown that gives you 5 minute walking access to most that the city has to offer! The open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. With plenty of room to spread out, everyone can have their own gateway to unwind and relax from a day on the beach or walking the town. Below this unit is the Circa 1892 wine and cheese shop, perfect for stocking up on the snacking essentials during your stay!

Upon entering the unit, head upstairs to the bright and open living room and kitchen. With plenty of counter space to cook for your group, enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch before heading down to the beach. Down the hall to the right you will find the in unit laundry as well bathroom, and bedroom. To the left is the other King Size bedroom with huge walk in closet and private bathroom. Both bedrooms are outfitted with king beds.

Located near this unit is a number of walkable restaurants and point of interest. One block away is access to the Colonial Beach Pier and the public beaches. While the city is very walkable, you may want to consider a golf cart rental for the duration of your stay so you can explore everything the city has to offer including more restaurants options down in the marina and The Point.
