Welcome to Captain's Cove 402! This is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom condo that accommodates 6 guests. You are just across the boulevard from sinking your toes into the sands of Indian Shores Beach! Comfortably appointed vacation spot with a Florida flare. You have an open floor plan where everyone can get together and plan your day's adventures. There is a covered balcony to relax and catch the sunrise and gorgeous sunsets while having a beverage. A place to return as often as possible and make memories!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, teapot, crockpot, cooler, air fryer, and knife block. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Table w/ 4 chairs and 4 counter chairs at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: Sofa, chair, sofa sleeper, TV & console table, 2 end tables, coffee table, desk and chair, and games. Doors leading to the balcony which includes a bistro table and 2 chairs, 4 easy chairs w/ 2 ottomans, and 2 end tables.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, closet, TV, bookshelf, ceiling fan, easy chair, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, TV, and 2 nightstands.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity with tub/shower combination.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.
Beach Equipment: 3 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a boogie board.
*This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking. No elevator.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
