Luxury pool home - Disney view, complimentary spa heat



With 7 bedrooms and 40ft pool and spa this home is large enough for the whole family and there is plenty to do.

Challenge your kids on a two-player retro video game table in the newly renovated game room, sit back by the large pool, or enjoy games in one of the several hang out spaces in this amazing property.

Sing karaoke, play foos-ball, air hockey or relax and watch your movie from the pool or hot tub!

This home is also equipped with a gym with treadmill.

The ground floor is home to the huge master suite with king bed and oversize ensuite - complete with large tub and shower. You will also find a second king bedroom on this floor, also with ensuite bathroom.



Upstairs are a further 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have king size beds, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 queen size beds (4 beds in total across the 2 rooms). The kids will love the Avatar themed bedroom (so will the adults) and huge movie room and games space upstairs in this house.



The view from the upstairs balcony is fantastic and you watch the amazing Disney fireworks every night during your stay if you wish.



The villa has a pool deck, complete with a private pool, relaxing spa and a covered dining area where you can enjoy an alfresco meal or watch the wall-mounted flatscreen TV out in the Florida heat. Inside you`ll find multiple lounge areas, so there will always be plenty of space for you to rest any aching legs in front of a TV. Alternatively, you could sit back and relax in the cinema room which has a projector and a large screen! For those who like to stay active, the villa has its own gym containing a running machine, exercise bike and other items to help keep you in shape! The villa also has an air-conditioned games room where you can play air hockey and table tennis, as well as pool and table football in the upstairs lounge. The villa is on Formosa Gardens, a highly recommended gated community in Kissimmee, just a few minutes away from the bustling US192, lined both sides with hundreds of restaurant options for all tastes and dietary requirements. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 5-10 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 15-20 minute drive along the nearby I-4 Highway. Harry Potter fans eager to sample a Butterbeer or buy a wand from Ollivanders can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 20-25 minutes.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
