Beautiful New Condo on the River

Beautiful new condo on the river with a King and two Queen rooms which was perfect for our family. Very close to downtown Greune with so many great restaurants and all. Full kitchen and amenities were great! Sliding doors to the patio which had a beautiful view. We walked across the street to Rockin R and floated the river which was awesome! My son fished in the river too!

Family River Trip

This was a perfect condo for our family river trip. Short drives to river rafting locations and the ability to walk to town easily. Highly recommended!

Great spot walking distance into town.

Surprised with how peaceful this location was and closeness to the square. Loved the design of the condo and location on the river. Great location for Schlitterbahn and floating the comal.

The condo was clean very comfortable except the mattress on the front two bed were awful.

Gruene Property

This is a very cute and clean condo and we enjoyed it very much. It's pictures are accurate and it's a very peaceful property in a great location right across the street from Rocking R to get in the river. You can walk easily to Gruene and Gruene Hall which we did. I would definitely stay here again. If I had any critique it would be no wash rags and the towels were paper thin. Also no towels to take to the river. Our friends stayed in condo 204 and they had nice beach towels. We brought our own, but just in case someone thought you may have them. Otherwise, everything was super nice and clean and very well decorated.

Beautiful!

Had family come for Easter and requested this condo, absolutely beautiful . The party of 3 was very impressed with this property. 3 beautiful bedrooms, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, you can walk to Gruene ( bit of a steep hill, but beautiful river crossing) Gruene has wonderful restaurants, music, the famous Gruene Hall ( oldest dance hall in Texas). We had a great time , close enough to drive to San Antonio or Austin which we went sightseeing. If I have guests in the future I would definitely choose this condo.

The condo is nice and pictures are accurate . It was my husbands bday and we had floated the river all day to come in to not find any soap to bath with which was extremely frustrating as we had dinner reservations. I had all 4 of my sons there and we needed cleaned up. We then found the kitchen trash to be full of old, stinky food so I called the maintenance company and they were very nice . They explained that the owner elected not to provide soap, which as an avid traveler of VRBO was a first for me and completely impractical when people visit the area to float in the extreme heat . They came over and brought us some of their personal pump soap and emptied the trash cans . My big complaint would be to simply offer soap in the condo. It is not an item most travelers bring with them. Due to the area and the adventure it makes sense to add on that small item. Otherwise, the stay was nice .
