You have just found one of the best 2-bedroom condos in the highly coveted Monterey Country Club in beautiful Palm Desert. Location, location, location in an incredibly peaceful, serene interior area of the club located on the fairway of Hole #2 on the East Course. Enjoy expansive views of the fairway, gorgeous desert skies and the stunning "Chocolate Mountains" from your totally enclosed North and Northwest facing patio.

The home has just been tastefully refreshed and is incredibly well appointed with newer furniture throughout and top of the line Casper mattresses in the two bedrooms along with a memory foam pullout mattress in the new sofa. All the televisions in the home are large format flatscreens that have Internet and streaming capabilities and we have a very comprehensive channel package with our cable service. If you must work, enjoy very fast an reliable Wi-Fi that even works on the patio.

Feel right at home in a very large and gracious master suite that includes several wall length closets, tons of storage for you long term renting snow birds, a large walk in shower and even access to your own little atrium. The guest suite also includes lots of storage, a large, wall length closet and the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is just steps away. Chefs both amateur and professional will love to cook in the awesome kitchen with all new appliances, amazing views and every tool and small appliance you can speak of. We have both a classic drip coffee machine and a Keurig pod machine. There is even a pass through window for the BBQ area on the patio. The BBQ is a top of the line natural gas Weber brand perfect for cooking and dining al fresco on our wonderful, inviting rear patio with tons of dining space and comfortable lounge seating for relaxing and soaking up some of the sun we are so famous for here.

We have gone the extra mile for our would be guests and are full, resident members of this private country club which means as a guest of ours, you will have full access to the state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball court, numerous restaurants, countless golf/social events and perhaps most important, full access to the 27-hole Ted Robinson Jr. designed championship golf course! *We cover the guest registration fee ($125) but our guests are responsible for green fees and daily fee of $5 for fitness center if they wish to golf or use the fitness center and adjoining facilities. An amazing deal and this is one of the few rentals in here that does this.

Though once at our beautiful home in this marvelous country club you may never want to leave; the premier Palm Desert El Paseo Shopping District with a plethora of wonderful restaurants, outdoor activities, galleries, high end stores, you name it is just a few minutes away.
