Such a cozy place to stay with the most amazing views and awesome beach access! The upstairs master bedroom had the most comfortable bed and we left the deck door open on most nights so we could hear the ocean all night. Kitchen was well equipped and check in was seamless. We would love to stay here again!

Hi Tracey We always appreciate guest insights—they truly keep us on our toes, and many of the thoughtful improvements across our homes have come directly from guest feedback. That said, we were a bit surprised by your review. While we do acknowledge that the carpets are showing some wear (they’ve hosted many happy vacations!), they are cleaned regularly and spot-treated after each guest departure as needed. A full carpet replacement is already scheduled for February. In addition, as part of Sona Tra’s upcoming refresh, the home will be receiving a complete interior repaint next month—think “fresh start” energy. Following your departure, I personally inspected the home to better understand the concerns mentioned. I did find a small corner of drywall near the stairs that appears to have taken a hit from a rolling suitcase—those stairs can be sneaky! Maintenance will be taking care of that promptly, and we appreciate it being brought to our attention. This is a well-loved home that is thoroughly enjoyed by many guests. While the furnishings may not be brand new, they are clean, comfortable, no older than three years, and fully functional—something reflected in the overwhelmingly positive feedback we consistently receive. We do hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful views, beach walks, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, and the many more amenities the home has to offer. Beachfront Retreat

Our host, Shannon, was always available for questions and really made us feel at home! We have stayed at Arch Cape for decades, but this was the first time at this location. It was also the first time we gathered our entire family together at the beach in over 10 years! Amenities were first-rate and access to the beach was perfect for all, including grandparents and a 3-year-old! We hope to stay longer when we return. It was perfection - thank you so much!

Family Beach trip

Had a wonderful beach trip- loved our beach house and location. We enjoyed the privacy of Arch Capes but had fun with family in Cannon Beach too! The bald eagles were spectacular to watch- just nested in the trees by the caves. One of our best Family trips!

Lush and zen

Sona tra is a magical place to stay. Beautiful views of the ocean, a generous outdoor space to enjoy, weather permitting, and comfortable interior for rainier days. Beds are comfortable, rooms are separate and therefore private, common areas are generous and comfortable, and kitchen is well-stocked. Extremely clean, easy check-in, and an out-of-the-way location. Absolute perfection!

Perfect house.

There is not a single thing I would change about this place. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even a salad spinner. 3 different ways to make coffee! We loved watching the tides, being close to cannon beach, and prime hiking trails. Communication with property manager was top notch as well.
