Home is located in the historic district of Lewes, convenient to miles of bike trails, and under a mile to downtown shopping and town beach. The home has been completely renovated in 2021. Open concept first floor will give you a space to reconnect with friends and family. Enjoy meals out on the cozy and private patio and then close out the night chatting by the fire pit. 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor.
The space
Single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Recently updated. Lower level is an open concept- Living room, dining room, kitchen, and sitting area with a half bath. Second level consists of a large primary bedroom with a king size bed and a large primary bath with shower. 2 smaller bedrooms with queen size beds. The common full bath contains a whirlpool tub/ shower. Play corn hole in the side yard, relax by the gas fire pit, or grill an amazing meal and enjoy dinner inside or outside. Off steer parking for one car. Plenty of free on street parking for additional car or guests.
