Cherry Grove Beach is just over three miles south of the complex, and the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is a popular spot for angling or sightseeing. Eagle Nest Golf Club is just two miles from the complex. Glen Dornoch Waterway and Tidewater golf courses are both within a five-mile radius. Family-friendly attractions and shopping options abound at Barefoot Landing (8.1 mi) and Broadway at the Beach (20 mi). The condo is also just a short drive from the North Carolina State Line where you can explore even more favorite beach communities like Calabash, Sunset Beach, and Ocean Isle Beach.
The condo comes beautifully remodeled and refurbished for modern family living. Recent updates include brand-new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and refaced kitchen cabinets plus new lighting, matte black hardware, and plumbing fixtures throughout the space. Beautiful 2nd Floor Condo
We stayed 3 nights but this home was very beautifully decorated and in such a peaceful area. Hopefully the inconveniences that we had while we were staying there gets resolved before the next guests.

I found greasy smudges on the refrigerator and garbage lid. There were dirty greasy spoons in the utensil drawer. There was no power to the microwave and living room lamp, and i could see no tripped switches in the fuse box. The light switches were filthy looking like dirty teeth with chewing tobacco around the switches. Curtains did not fully cover the windows and most switches worked on nothing. I was afraid of what else might be dirty that i didn't see. The fridge opened towards the wall and there was not enough room to fully open the fridge to access it. I longed for the day i could leave. There was no mention of the fact the the front entrance was on the second floor - I have bad knees - and the entrance and steps were risky.

Our clothing was ruined in the dryer at the rental. Everything was still wet, but had scorch marks and holes burned in them. It wouldn't have been a huge deal, except my kids brand new soccer uniforms were ruined. They had only been worn earlier that day for their games. I sent pictures showing the damage and they said unless I could prove it happened in their dryer, they would not compensate us for the damage. I'm including photos of the damageShame on you, Vacasa! I will never use one of your rentals again. Also, their are carpet staples exposed in some of the stairs. We ended up wearing shoes if using the stairs to keep our feet from being stabbed.Cleanliness was okay, but we saw proof that the cleaning staff was doing a thorough job, like food residue on the sides of the chairs and stools, and the trashcan lid was gross. It had food stuck to it where people threw stuff away and it brushed against the lid going in. Also, anything above eye level was dusty

not as advertised…. no pool key and hateful people at complex. Dirty and even though we couldn’t see them there were bed bugs in downstairs bedroom as we had clear bites in series of three after sleeping. Owner refused to refund last night even though we had to leave early due to conditions. My nephew even got scratched on foot from nails in stairs.
