While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.
To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.
The Foothills (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
