Bare necessities

The condo was clean with the bare necessities you need for your stay. There a lot of steps to climb if that is a problem for gou(elevator a distance away). The was no extras like games etc that you find in most other condos. The tvs are satellite and didn’t work very well. Reached out to the contact number and never got a response from them which was a problem!

Everything about this property was enjoyable and as or better than expected. The "little extras" in some units were absent here, i.e. games, videos, books, etc., but we were busy enough such items weren't needed. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here when we visit Branson again. Thank you for providing what was promised.

Very nice. Exactly as advertised. Read the description as it is a bit of a walk to the room from the elevator. This was not big deal for us, we were made aware before booking.

this property is a very nice apartment. it was on the 4th floor. We did not want to carry luggage up all those steps. We hunted for quite a while to find the elevator. It was a long walk with all our stuff. If you come back after a show in the evening, especially on a weekend, YOU WILL NOT FIND A PLACE TO PARK. The drive is too narrow to park along a curb. The street is a very busy thouroughfare. You can not park there. You may be able to find a place over the curb in the grass. I would not stay here again for that reason. There are actually regular tenants living there. It was clean and beautiful though.

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We did struggle moving our stuff into the condo as the elevator was quite a distance from our end of the buildings and there were NO rolling carts to use to transport luggage. We ended up going to Walmart to buy a rolling cart. My husband has breathing issues so a cart was necessary. After getting all our stuff moved in, the rest of our stay was pleasant. It would have been nice to know in advance that the elevator was so far away. Thank you for your hospitality.

Convenient and Clean But a few to know before you go

My 81 year old mother, husband and I stayed 3 nights in this condo. It was clean, convenient to strip and beautifully decorated. It was as advertised, however there are a few things that need to be mentioned for the benefit of others who are considering renting this property. The unit is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator but it is down two buildings. My mother is on a walker and this was quite difficult for her. Also, there are no carts available to bring up luggage so we had to make a couple of trips. The master bedroom shower has very low pressure. Both bathroom tub and shower floors are very slippery. My mother ended up having to put a towel down as we definitely didn’t want her to fall. The beds are a bit worn out and the master bed moves a lot when one person turns over. If we had known these things we would likely have not rented this property simply because we had my elderly mother with us. As stated before it was beautiful and clean and that was a plus.

The parking was terrible, there was supposed to be to be a parking place for each condo……..never found one! Had to park far away! The bathroom counters were child height, uncomfortably short! This condo could use some serious updating!

Nice Property; Quiet Stay

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The condo was as advertised. It had 2 nice bedrooms. The master was comfortable size with a good bed and a spacious bathroom. The balcony is private and looks out over the pool and court areas. I could imagine this could be a little noisy in warmer months , but should just be the sounds of people playing with kids or friends. The only drawbacks noted were the unit is up 2 flights of stairs (I.e. 2 floors up) or you can take an elevator but it is 2 buildings down the walkway. Parking is limited to 3 spots on m front of each building so we ended up parking down by the elevator most of the time. Finally, the master shower water pressure is just barely acceptable. Overall our stay was good and we enjoyed the unit

You will love it

Nice place, comfortable, quiet, easy access to Yellow Route and Strip. Plenty of kitchen equipment for fixing meals. Roku TV was hard to figure out, but overall, as expected.

Very nice, quiet place not far from the strip. Very easy to get to. The balcony was nice too. Would be nice to have some carts to haul your stuff to your room, but the elevator was nice. Would stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay!
