The home is flooded with natural light in every room. Looking at the incomparable river views, bathed in natural light, you are vacationing just sitting in a living room chair or swinging in the porch swing.

You have unlimited dining options. Do you want to spend your vacation not doing more than turning on the coffee machine? You have many fine dining options available, with some of the best a short stroll from River Vistas. Do you want to unleash your inner master chef? The six-burner gas stove, top of the line refrigerator, full complement of cooking pans and utensils, unlimited counter space give you the perfect environment to dazzle your family with your culinary achievements! The open plan makes it easy to serve, with plenty of room for all at the dining table.

Walk through the historic district or stroll along the river at nearby Riverside Park. Enjoy nature at Ravine Gardens, within easy walking distance of River Vistas. Bring your pet! The back door has a dog door into the fenced yard.

Guests have access to the whole home, including the private dock!

Things to know:

-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

​​​​​​​- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

-We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
