Riverfront Cottage Retreat with 2 Docks + Scenic Views on the St. John’s River!

We want to share our little slice of paradise with you! We started this adventure when we found this river side cottage that needed a little TLC. We took the plunge and did a complete renovation from the ground all the way up to the tongue and groove ceiling. The home is a 3-2 featuring an open floor plan with a small kitchen, cozy living room, screened in back porch, two docks, and is located at the beginning of a canal with a beautiful view of the St. John’s River great for fishing and access to local hot spots. Located just 20 minutes to Lake George, 30 minutes to Salt Springs, and 40 minutes to Silver Glen Springs by boat. The closest public boat ramp is 2 miles away by vehicle and 5 minutes by boat. There are 2 boat rentals within 15-20 minutes and great restaurants and bars by boat or car. Whether it’s a quiet weekend to disconnect from every day life, spending some time on the lake with your family and friends, a fishing trip with the guys, or all of the above, we hope you enjoy your stay at the Riverview Cottage.

Please enjoy the entire home, screened in porch, and two docks to pull your boat up to and tie off of, and garage for storage. The boat lift is not available for use but is moved up out of the way so you can tie your boat off in the boat slip. There is plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and boat trailer(s) in the driveway and parking platform at the top of the driveway. Access to the home will be through a code to the front door that will be provided for contactless check in.

The home is kid friendly and equipped with a pack-n-play, toys, and bumbo seat with tray for meals available for use.

Please note the driveway down to the house is slanted as well as a step down from the back porch to the grass and a slanted walk down to the dock. There is no fence lining the seawall blocking access to the water.

House quirks: Please also note the ice maker in the freezer makes ice but does not release ice through the exterior drop down but can be scooped out from the interior of the freezer or utilize the ice cube trays that will be available.
