Located in Carefree, Close to Cave creek and Scottsdale

The Casita is tucked behind the main home, has plenty of parking, private access, in a quiet neighborhood that is spread out.
Private driveway. When Casita is rented, the guest does not share any spaces with other people.

Shopping, and activities are close by.

This is property is animal free. All smoking to be done outside, careful of the turf, not ideal for little children as it is not toddler or baby proof.
Please leave shoes at the front door to keep the home clean.

Please keep front doors closed to minimize critters getting into the home- the desert critters are real. Same with any gates that surround the property. So long as those are kept closed, the only thing inside the property you should see is birds, our friend Hootie the owl, and some bunnies.😬

Pool is only heated if paid in advance.
Hot tub is on a cycle, and takes 1 hour to heat up, simply text to schedule it to be turned on.

Access to the main home, garages, gym, and game room is not available.

No events or parties without prior approval.

The City of Carefree does have a noise ordinance, any fines or fees incurred for noise complaints will be charged to the guest.

Cleaning fee only covers general rental cleaning between guests. Any additional excessive cleaning charges will be charged to the guests.
