As Hosts, we give you your privacy. If you desire interaction, we enjoy meeting new people, whether at arm's length through booking communication or meeting face to face for a "sit on the patio," a glass of wine, or a walk around our gardens or neighborhood. We enjoy helping our guests and all visitors make the most out of their stay in scenic Sedona, offering knowledgeable tips on hiking, dining, shopping, and even where to find the vortexes.

We love Sedona, great friends, good music, great food & drink, and cats. We enjoy hiking Sedona's trails, which changed our lives. Indeed, we were married on the summit of Bear Mountain! When we need a change in scenery, it’s typically within Arizona or a short trip to Utah, Nevada, or Southern California, with the Pacific Ocean. Desert, mountains, and ocean, who doesn’t love a good mix?! We are middle-aged Systems Engineers, clean and tidy, with an unquenchable hunger for travel. We love painting, cooking, hiking, and gardening.
We are huge music enthusiasts who enjoy all sorts of obscure stuff and see shows whenever we can. We adore getting to know people from all walks of life. Traci is a through-and-through people person but would rather build relationships than status. We spend our money on travel and food. We enjoy eating out on vacation and exploring the food scene wherever we travel. We love the ocean, mountains, forests, and secluded beaches. Being outside gives us energy, and we find that nature is our religion. We find peace when surrounded by nature's beauty. We love to visit gardens and outdoor markets. To us, travel is about the people you meet. It's not about how many stamps you can accumulate in your passport or how many cities you can visit on a whirlwind tour. It's about establishing relationships, making connections, and building memories.

The trailhead to the Teacup trail system, which accesses Sugarloaf, Chimney Rock, and Coffee Pot Rock, is just a short 5-minute walk from the house. Posse Grounds Park is also easily accessible, just a 6-7 minute walk away. Attend one of the many events held at Posse Grounds without the hassle of driving or parking. From the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival and Sedona Winefest to Oktoberfest and evening concerts in the park, there's something for everyone.

The Mary D. Fisher Theater, the host of the Sedona International Film Festival, is just a five-minute drive away. With this home's convenient location, you can reach any destination in West Sedona within 5 to 10 minutes of drive time.
