Step inside and be transported to the glamor of the 1920s, with unique decor and themed touches throughout. This estate is located just 8 miles from the Biltmore Estate and ten miles from downtown Asheville. You are just moments away from some of the top breweries, wineries and eateries in North Carolina.

This house is designed for both fun and relaxation, with an array of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy friendly competitions on the basketball and pickleball sport court, or test your putting skills on the professionally installed four-hole turf putt putt course. The giant game room is a paradise for gamers, with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and arcade games, while the speakeasy-themed lounge is perfect for a game of poker on the 10-person table. Movie buffs will love the home theater room with a 135" projector screen with surround sound, providing an immersive movie-watching experience. With 13 smart TVs throughout the property, you won’t have to go far to stream the latest shows or cheer on your favorite sports team.

For those looking to stay active, the home gym offers a Peloton bike, treadmill, bench, adjustable dumbbell set, medicine balls, foam rollers, yoga mats, a ping pong table and two TVs. The main floor boasts four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, spa room with massage chairs and infrared sauna, and a bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and bathtub. Three additional bedrooms on the main floor offer queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The main floor also includes a large dining area, fully equipped kitchen and pantry, outdoor patio dining with a Traeger grill, and a spacious double living room with a coffee and reading area that can also serve as a home office.

Downstairs, you'll find a speakeasy-themed lounge, a home gym, and a ping pong room with an indoor/outdoor workout experience through an insulated glass garage door. The game room is perfect for family fun, with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade machines, foosball table, and more. The theater room with movie theater reclining seats and floor seating for kids is accessed through the game room. Two additional bedrooms with shared full bathroom are located downstairs, offering queen and king beds, as well as twin trundle beds.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

NOTE: Outdoor pools in North Carolina typically close for the season in October. Availability may vary depending on weather conditions and property-specific maintenance schedules. Please inquire ahead of your stay if pool access is essential.
