Located within the well-maintained and well-managed Escher building, this bright south-facing suite features stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the living room space with natural light.
For guest occupancy, the suite has been converted from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom suite with the master bedroom/ensuite bathroom reserved for owner use only.
Enjoy the comfort of the spacious kitchen and living areas that belong to a 2-bedroom unit whilst renting a 1-bedroom suite!
The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to create culinary masterpieces with ease.
Relax in the inviting living and dining area, featuring a large flat-screen smart TV and stylish wall art that exude a warm and elegant ambiance. A dedicated work desk in the kitchen area makes it convenient for those who need to work remotely.
Enjoy meals in style at the artistic dining table, which seats eight—ideal for entertaining family and friends!
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and black out blinds. The bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combination.
Included amenities feature in-suite washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a generous cable TV package and secure underground parking! The building also boasts a rooftop BBQ area for your enjoyment.

Important Notes:
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with keysets including fobs for access to the parking garage and suite.
PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 7' (2.13 m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please let us know if you are bringing bicycles as we will be able to arrange storage for your bicycles at the building.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
MINIMUM 30-DAY STAY: This primary residence is rented only for a limited time each year with availability from mid-December until the end of April the following year. As it is a primary residence, minimum 30-day stays are permitted under the new Provincial short term rental legislation.
Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
