Originally built and designed by country music life time achievement award winner Kenny Rogers, this 146 acre property offers unmatched tranquility with our resort style pool, private 2 acre fishing lake, and luxurious amenities.

As you journey down our 1 mile driveway, you will feel your worries lift as the view magnificently opens up into one of the most beautiful country landscapes in existence.

Our 5,000+ square foot luxury modern cabin style home boasts 4 king beds, 4 and ½ baths, and 1 additional double bed.

This exquisitely designed kitchen, dining, and living area is covered by 30 foot ceilings with both views of the pool and pond on each side.

Our covered fishing dock provides the perfect place to set up your fishing gear, or relax by the water side fire pit.

Wind down your day by enjoying the nightly sunset that stammeringly comes down directly over the water each night.

The front yard is fully fenced in to keep your pets safe and happy

This place is AMAZING

The pictures do no where near justice to how beautiful and grand this property is. The place was absolutely immaculate. The view from the porch over the lake is absolutely stunning. We caught several bass and loved the fire pit next to the lake. Daniel and his family are wonderful people and will be sure to do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. Loved it. Highly recommend!

Exceptional & Unique Estate Property

Enjoyed an unforgettable, first-class stay at Drummond Gardens! If you're looking for the ability to stay with family & friends in a very private, beautiful, resort-level property, look no further! There is a long list of exceptional attributes, including: easy access to Athens (15-20 mins); infrastructure/layout to comfortably host large gatherings (we had a party for 2 dozen UGA grads & their families); 1-mile driveway thru a forest; beautiful, large pond w/bass (rods/tackle provided), waterside gazebo, firepit & a white sand beach for kids; elegant pool w/large apron; shaded porches w/spectacular views; "main house" (w/en suites, gourmet kitchen, great room for gathering/dining, & laundry) separate from 2 en suites next to the pool- offering even greater privacy for late nighters/risers; numerous games, ping pong, corn hole; exquisite appointments (ceilings, moldings, hardwoods, blackout shutters facing morning sun); luxurious marble baths w/multiple sinks, vanity & large walk-in shower; spectacular wildlife around the vast, wooded grounds (great walks!); impeccable cleanliness; luxurious beds, bedding & towels. As w/the property, the Host, Daniel, was phenomenal: extremely responsive & accommodating, & filled w/great suggestions to maximize the use & enjoyment of the estate. He also sprinkled in some surprise touches to further enhance our stay. Highest recommendation from our party! Acid test? The grads plan to have a 10th-anniversary bash at Drummond Gardens!

Spectacular!!

This was an experience of epic proportions! The location, location, location was simply perfect and beautiful. The host brigs an “A” game that is all encompassing and totally unique. There is nothing ordinary about this place. From the moment you step onto the property you are transformed into a beautiful wonderland of serenity. Thank you for making my mother’s 100th birthday celebration such a memorable event for her, for each of our guests and for visiting relatives across the country, your intentional efforts truly made a difference! If you are considering a wedding, a place to get away, time to connect with others in a very bright yet private space, this is the best! The host, the grounds team, the details, the well stocked kitchen, the lake, the pool, the gorgeous bedding the exquisite taste in furnishings just elevates your stay in an unforgettable way! Thank you Daniel, you are spectacular! We plan to return, and return and come again for various occasions! We are already planning our next stay with you!

Amazing property!!

My husband and I, along with 3 other couples, rented this property for our daughters’ graduation from UGA. It was perfect! The grounds are breathtaking and offer so much to do. When the weather did not cooperate with the planned pool party, the parents sat on the large porches watching all of the birds through the provided binoculars and caught up, while the graduates fished in the pond. Our only regret was that we did not book the property an additional day after the graduation to decompress! The drive to Athens was an easy 20-25 minutes and there is a nice grocery store 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely try to book the house again for fall game day weekends!
