This home has three stories.

The main floor features a large kitchen, 2 half bathrooms, a TV/Living Room, Dining Room, a second TV/Living Room, and a large Master bedroom.
- The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet.
- The Master bathroom features a walk-in shower, clawfoot bathtub, and a bidet.

The upstairs has 5 bedrooms, plus a bonus room with a pullout couch.
- The Gray Room (Bedroom One) features A queen bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
- The Pink Room (Bedroom Two) features: A queen bed, a large closet, and access to the Bonus Room with a pullout couch. Jack & Jill shared a bathroom with Bedroom Three.
- The Velvet Room (Bedroom Three) features: A king bed, a TV, and a Jack & Jill shared bathroom with Bedroom Two.
- The Blue Room (Bedroom Four) features A queen bed, a large closet, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom Five.
- The Animal Room (Bedroom Five) features: Two comfy Twin beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom Four.

There is a full laundry room on the top floor, equipped with a washer & dryer.

The downstairs:
- Main area features a large space with a couch, ping-pong table, and karaoke machine.
- The Tavern Room features a bar area, TV, pool table, and full bathroom.
- The gym has several workout machines, including a Peloton.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
- The backyard has plenty of space to rest, relax, and play.
- The covered back porch features a comfy outdoor sofa and rocking chairs.
- The grill area is also covered and features a grill and pizza oven.
- Relax by the pool in the lounge chairs, or play Bocci and horseshoes in the sand pit.
- There are security cameras on the home's exterior that rotate around the property, including the pool area.

Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
