The Tuscan Mermaid is a luxury 5-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 10 guests with a beautiful southern water view and a bright open floor plan. Tuscan Mermaid is set-up for families within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and activities. Some of the most amazing sunsets will be seen right from the backyard. Don’t be surprised if you’re visited by some dolphins and manatees while you enjoy the private heated pool and dock.

The master ensuite features a walk-in shower, 2 vanities and a walk-in closet. Guests will be comfortably accommodated with a spacious living room with two sofas, chairs, and a table set up for games. There is a private heated pool, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. If you're a grilling family, you'll enjoy the outdoor grill and the Pizza Oven!

Tuscan Mermaid is located on Marco Island’s desirable south side. During peak season, parking can be an issue, but this home is a 12-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach, multiple restaurants, shops, ice cream store, movie theater and mini golf!

Tuscan Mermaid includes all the amenities to enjoy a day at the beach including beach toys, beach wagons, chairs, wake boards, beach towels, beach bags, life vests, and a cooler. If you like boating, rent a boat and tie it up to the private dock! Or use the included fishing poles to catch some fish right in the backyard.

For the little ones there is a pack-n-play, highchair, booster chair, stroller, bike trailer, family board games, and activities. 4 adult bicycles, 2 kid bikes, and helmets are provided. You can also rent a golf cart as another way to get around the island.

Tuscan Mermaid also comes with Wi-Fi internet access and workspace (sit or stand desk and remote monitor) if work need be done. A large screen TV is in both the kitchen and the family room with individual TVs in every bedroom.
