This house is located in the heart of the Berkshires, and situated on the beautiful Richmond Pond.

Guests will have access to the entire home, and property.

Beautifully renovated lakefront house boasting 200 feet of lake frontage and private dock on a 223-acre pristine lake perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. East Beach Lakehouse sits on top of a hill on over an acre at the end of a private road, backs up to 60 acres of forest, and has amazing views of the lake, hills and forest.

This modern lakefront retreat is equipped with every creature comfort including central AC/heat, high-speed internet and cable, fireplaces, and great water pressure with tankless/never-ending hot water.

The 1st floor master-bedroom suite is a private enclave that features a large king bedroom with 55” 4K television with AppleTV, a connected sitting room (that can be closed off) with electric fireplace and 65” 4K television with AppleTV. It connects to a large spa bathroom with jetted bathtub, 6 headed-shower, steam room for 4 with aromatherapy, chromatherapy (light), and sound therapy (amazing speakers connected to Alexa), and picture window with a view of the lake.

The 2nd floor has an expansive, open living plan with spectacular wide-plank oak reclaimed hardwood floors throughout. The brand new kitchen, which boasts a massive island with seating for 10+, has quartz counters, new, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need for fine cooking and dining, including a coffee station with Italian grinder and coffeemaker and Nespresso machines. The adjoining living room has spectacular lake views with a 70” 4K television with AppleTV and a wood-burning fireplace. The adjoining music room has a baby grand piano and cozy seating for reading or relaxing by the gas furnace with access to the back porch and a spectacular view of the surrounding forest.

The second floor features 2 redone bathrooms with all new fixtures and 3 bedrooms: one ensuite king bedroom with 50” 4K television with AppleTV and tranquil forest view, one king bedroom with 50” 4K television with AppleTV and lake view, and one bedroom with two twins (+ trundle) and lake view.

Enjoy these views from inside the house and from the large, outdoor deck which features seating/dining for 12 and a screened in porch with swings and BBQ grill. Relax or fish right from the wide dock, head onto the water in the 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and rowboat, spend some quiet time in the hammock or the zero-gravity lounge chairs around the firepit, or play some soccer or badminton on the large private yard with rolling hill down to the shoreline, all while taking in the spectacular views and sunsets over the lake and hills.

East Beach Lakehouse amenities include TESLA/electric car charging station, private access to the lake, 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, rowboat, private dock, exercise room with weight bench and full body universal exercise machine, professional massage table, ping pong table, 4 bikes, central air and heat, excellent water pressure with tankless never-ending hot water, new kitchen appliances, new washer/dryer, high speed internet, firepit, gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrellas, Five 4k Smart TVs, large flat grass yard, sports equipment, filtered water system, town sewer.

East Beach Lakehouse is in Richmond, immediately adjacent to Lenox and Pittsfield, both of which have several grocery stores, outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, music, yoga, and more. You're also close to many hiking trails, skiing, arts and cultural institutions.

Just a 10 minute walk from the house, you’ll find Balderdash Wine Cellars where you can enjoy wine tastings while listening to live music overlooking the lake and vineyards. Or just a 10 minute walk in the other direction, pick apples at Bartletts; Apple Orchard and store, which stocks not only basic foods, but some of the best Apple Cider and Apple Cider doughnuts in the region.

Tanglewood Music Center and Kripalu Yoga, and great hiking trails are just 5-10 minute drives. Bousquet Ski Resort is just a 5 minute drive and other ski resorts are nearby as well.

You will need a car to navigate the Berkshires efficiently.

⭐️ LOCATION: Located in the heart of the Berkshires, the home is set directly on the scenic shores of Richmond Pond, offering a peaceful waterfront setting.

⭐️ RENOVATIONS: A recent outdoor deck expansion more than doubled the entertaining space, with lake views from every angle. Easy access from the kitchen to the upper deck has been added, along with a lower deck accessible from the primary bedroom on the lower level. New photography showcasing these improvements will be added in Spring 2026.

⭐️ PETS: Dogs may be permitted with prior owner approval. Not all dogs will be approved. No puppies, no multiple pets, and dogs must be fully house-trained. A $100 pet fee applies if approved.

⭐️ PARKING: Free parking available on the premises.

⭐️ POND INFORMATION: Richmond Pond is a 218-acre freshwater lake nestled in the scenic hills of the Berkshires. With an average depth of approximately 15 feet and a maximum depth of 42 feet, the pond is well suited for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing for bass, perch, and sunfish. Calm waters and a wooded shoreline create a tranquil setting for both active days and quiet escapes.

⭐️ WATER ACCESS NOTE: The lake is excellent for swimming and boating; however, there are thick weeds near the dock area. Guests should swim, kayak, or paddleboard farther from the dock for clearer water.

⭐️ DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your reservation includes a $20 accidental damage insurance fee, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. If any damage occurs, please notify us so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
