The property did say hot tube, which it had but empty. It could use a bit of tlc, but overall had a wonderful stay. The Arizona room was totally worth the ticket, and a reasonable price. I would stay again.

Good value

This property needs just a little TLC. It has such potential! We had plenty of room
everything worked. The Arizona room worked great for me to sew in. We had no problems with watching TV. It was a great value.

Limited supplies

Bring blankets, toilet paper, salt & pepper, etc. Will stay again but could have been cleaner. Roku TV not easy to get local channels. TV complicated. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Nice place to stay with exceptions

We stayed 15 nights and were only provided one hand towel and one set of sheets. Need to add a mattress cover and bath mat. The quest book indicated that there were coffee pods in the cupboard but there were none. The carpet was filthy. We felt like we were living in a cave with the foam in the windows. The hot tub was broke down the whole 15 nights we were there which was disappointing because we booked the rental in part due to the hot tub.

Cute smallish mobile home....my biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness

This property is advertised as sleeping 3, but there is only one bed and if you're not sleeping in that bed the only other choices are a couch or a recliner. There is a hammock in the Arizona room, but that's not in the indoor living space. The property is a cute smallish mobile home and on the lot there are two other vacation rentals. The keyed entry is to the only bedroom, which is very small and it's awkward getting luggage in and out of that space. My biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness, it just needs a good deep cleaning.

Pictures don’t tell the whole story

Older should not mean that it will be dirty! We could tell from the pictures that it was an older home - and, in fact, found the size and layout of the property very acceptable. The Arizona room is nice, and does add to the living area. However, we were horrified that we had paid good money to be expected to live in other peoples filth!! EVERYTHING is dirty — we couldn’t even get through the built up sludge around taps in bathroom & kitchen — there are literally sand dunes in the corners behind the toilet — under the sinks are onion skins & dirt — carpets are ALL filthy — with a huge black oil foot print in the bedroom carpet — cupboard shelves have spilled things from previous renters — the nic-nac shelves above the TV have so much dust it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months — and the windows are not clean either. I believe that the young host needs to hire professional cleaners instead of his girlfriend, if he hopes to have repeat clients ( or good reviews).

add mislead us,

the owner gave me the wrong address so arrival was very hectic and upsetting. I got the address from him as I left ahead of time of rental, and Vrbo does not send address early. the add states 2 queen beds, so we assumed the one bed was a sofa bed, in the living room. but no. one bed only., and no extra bedding for my daughter to sleep on the couch, which was not even twin size. becauwe he gave me the wrong address, and I tried to get ahold of him, going to a store to hook up my lap top, and then driving around, and repeating the hook up not hearing from him. I was very tired at this point after driving there all afternoon, being 90 I had to get a motel. He should reimburse me for that as I had not planned on the extra expense. your add. states 2 queen beds.the house itself was nice, clean and adequate. stingy on some levels. however he has 4 rental units on the property, and the foothills laws state 2 only on each lot.he is in violation and makes difficult parking. as cannot park on street overnight. I need some adjustments to my reservation, as we did not get to stay the full time, and I communicated to him as such. check the communications between him and I and you will see proof of that. makes me wonder how reliable VRBO is. also the stairway into the side room has no hand rail, another illegal item. we do have photos of all. and may proceed action if he does not respond to me.
