On the lakefront is a 20X 40 full vegitable garden wiith automatic lake watering pump system and in full bloom located in frontof our second on the lake a boat dock with a covered electric boat lift . Under the roof we keep an aluminum fishing boat with push buton start 10 HP motor ,battery maintainer, ores and electric motor. This is our full time home and will be pretty much leave it as we live in it as our full time home. We are a 34 year old Fatherless Boys ministry . The property used often as a recreation site for the kids and mentors. Now in in our 80's taking a break and leaving in our 45 ft motorhome for a 6 month journey to family and friends across the nation. We are leaving our home close to have ready when we return. A couple of chairs, recliners and just before a fire pit, with chairs around for marsh mellows and conversation area and a hammock. A king bed with each side can elevate. One dock for fishing a second dock with a boat lift with aluminum boat 9.9 Merc push buttonn start, pickleball court, basketball, 20X40 BBQ tent fully equipped. 2 kayaks, corn hole, horseshoes, darts, bad mitten darts. Were a 34 year old non profit Fatherless Boys event and mentor center. Now in our 80's travelling for 6 months from Apr till Sept 30. - Possible extension . No property events will be schuled during our absence. We have a company to mow the grass and trim twice a month. Also a neighbor person to keep an eye on the garden weeds and help maintain the area and use blower on large guarage parking area (pavers all the way to ramp up to the front door entrance).
