The adjacent living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace, and controls for the home's audio system and automated blinds. The home offers four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. On the ground level is the first guest bedroom, with a queen bed that opens to the front patio, overlooking the ocean. The main level has 2 more guest rooms: one is furnished with a flat screen TV & built in storage. The other has large glass sliders that provide access to the backyard.
