Captain's Quarters 3bed/2bath mobile home with dockage

This delightful home features an open-concept design encompassing the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, while the dining table comfortably seats four.

The master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, is conveniently located off the kitchen. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is versatile, featuring a futon and a small desk. The master bathroom includes a shower, while the guest bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo. The TVs are smart TVs with streaming apps.

Outback you will find dockage for up to a 30ft boat and great screened porch with ample seating. Easy boating access through Boot Key Harbor to the Atlantic and then a shortride to the Seven Mile Bridge to switch over to the gulf.There is only room for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. Only one vehicle & one trailer depending on size. No RVs, campers or motorhomes. Max Boat length 30ft.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.Max boat length is 30ft.

Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
