Beach Home is a 4-bdrm, 2-bathroom configuration. You can vacation with family and friends at the same location and yet have your personal privacy.

The perfect way to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the bayside and beautiful sunrises from the beach.

Welcome to Seaside Heights with its white sandy beaches, great new boardwalk and with a City-wide major renovation to become the Barrier Island’s Family Resort place. Seaside Heights has become and still is the number one affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey.

Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.

We offer free street parking plus up to 6-beach badges (a minimum savings of $300).

We are located on 10-minute walk to the rstr and activities. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.

Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

ITEMS TO NOTE:

1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) There is no off-street parking. Parking is free on the street.

4) There is another house in back of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.

5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

6) Towels are not supplied; however, they may be rented from our facility at a rate of $10 for either six bath towels or four beach towels.

7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

8) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

9) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
