The accomodations were great, nicely decorated and close proximity (either walking or by car) to the Seaside Heights Beach & boardwalk, Island Beach State Park, Seaside Park, & Lavalette. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Strongly recommend!

Manuela was able to accommodate our last minute request and was such a great host. We love the extra touches of fresh fruit and waters in the fridge! The house was as described and is such a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach but far away enough that you don’t hear the rowdiness at night. Great family spot!

Great Stay in The Heights

Really nice location and property! Updated, clean and easy walk (5min) to the beach and Klee’s restaurant(great recommendation). Quick communication from the host and when we return we will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay!

Manuela’s property was so lovely! She had water bottles and a fruit bowl waiting for us upon arrival, as well as extra things like tooth brushes and makeup wipes. She was so responsive whenever we messaged her and even welcomed us on arrival! Our group had a wonderful time. We can’t wait to return!

Great and friendly host

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner, Manuela, was so responsive and provided us several helpful recommendations. The location was really convenient and the apartment was so clean and modern plus very well decorated and had many useful appliances, etc. We really loved the special touches; some birthday balloons for our family celebration and a lovely fruit platter upon arrival!

Seaside Heights Lovely Home

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice location - easy walk to boardwalk. Parking was ample for 2 cars. Nice decorated and clean. Pack your clothes and toiletries and enjoy the 2 bedroom apartment on lower level of the house. Manuela was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had, We will be back!

Enjoyable stay

Property is close to the boardwalk and goes beyond your expectations. Rental has easy access, very clean and Manuela goes out of her way to provide you with the highest hospitality that is beyond belief..Everything you need is there and then some. All kitchen item's, appliances, linens,towels,beachchairs,wagon,etc,etc,etc. I have never been in any place that provides you with all that Manuela has so people can enjoy a carefree vacation. I recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a summer vacation rental that they will enjoy and not forget. Thank you Manuela.

Great Place!

I'm a NJ native, and came here for a long weekend with friends. The pictures do not do this property justice. The kitchen is well stocked and every room is cozy and spotless. The location is perfect! It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Manuela gave us plenty of privacy but was readily available if needed. We absolutely loved it here!!

Excellent place for your family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were provided everything necessary, even lots of cool games and toys for our 2 year old. We found water bottles and a huge fruit tray to snack on after our long drive. Beautiful quiet backyard, very cute and clean! Perfect location, only 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and fun stuff around. We will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you for everything!

Great stay!

The place was exactly as described and more. Thank you Manuela for hosting us. We had a great time. This two bedroom was what we were looking for. The place had everything that we would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard (beach passes included!). A sub divided backyard for privacy and a working bbq for dinners at night. Clean and cozy - perfect for a nice labor weekend getaway. Looking forward to a return trip next summer!

Beautiful property with a great, convenient location to the beach and boardwalk! Check-in/Check-out was a breeze, picking up the keys from the owner who was very kind and super prompt with response time/communication. The property was extremely clean, quiet and safe-beautiful sea/beach decor within walking distance to the beach (approx 10 min). The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were like new-clean and very-well kept! Stool, puzzles/games, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella & boogie boards available to use (along with beach badges)-super helpful for our family! Parking was also available and simple! Cannot Thank the hostess, Manuela enough-we would absolutely recommend this property! A true all around gem!

We highly recommend his property. Spotlessly clean and warm and inviting. I have been using VRBO for over a decade and this place was amazing. Thoughtful and kind owners, clean, close to everything, quiet and family friendly. They thought of everything from plush towels to soap and toothbrushes to pots and pans and coffee maker, very considerate. Will rent again and recommend to friends. Beautiful beach house!

Everything about this property was top notch! Manuela & her husband have thought of every detail to make sure you have an amazing experience in their home. My wife and kids could not stop raving about the beach theme throughout the house. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the beach, plenty of food options around and we enjoyed being able to sip our morning coffee outside on the patio. 10/10 will definitely stay at this property again.

Comfortable and clean

Property was clean, host was friendly (even had balloons for my girls’ birthdays and a fruit tray in the fridge). Only downside for us personally was that there was no clothes laundry in the unit (no washer/dryer) but that was my error in not looking for that specific amenity in booking (there is a laundromat two blocks away). It was a very easy walk to the boardwalk/beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing

Owner is so nice. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms and they came right over and took care of it. Everything was fixed within minutes. This is a beautiful home

Nice Stay

The space is so clean, and there are so many nice touches throughout the property. The hosts thought of every little detail. We were pleasantly surprised-the space is even better than the pictures. The hosts were very welcoming and even offered to set up a pack n play and highchair for our little one before arrival. The walk to the beach & boardwalk is very doable, but not ideal for multiple trips in a day with little ones. Overall a great stay!
