Secluded home in private lake community with dock access for day use. Property has plenty of room to house your boat or jet skis. The house is on 3.5 secluded, wooded acres just a stone's throw from the community dock. The house is not on the lake.

The house and property were very nice; comfortable, clean and definitely secluded and enjoyable. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, privacy and all of the wonderful deer that come around the property was awesome. We even bought extra food just for the deer and were able to get so close to them. The owner was very attentive to issues and quick to help. The downsides we encountered: the grill wasn’t anything we would use and needs to be replaced. We found the Leesville Lake is not Sea Doo friendly, at least the time of year we were here (and seems it would be difficult to maneuver any boats with the debris that moves with the intake/output from the dams). We didn’t read the description well enough to see the house was as far from the lake as it was. It was nice that we were close enough to Smith Mountain Lake boat ramps-this was a plus. Overall-this is definitely a place that was truly enjoyable and we would even return again to this beautiful area!

My husband and I absolutely loved this house. The hosts were professional, pleasant, accomodative, and communicated very well. The house was stocked with what we needed. The atmosphere was serene, relaxing, just simply everything we needed to rejuvenate . My only negative is that I thought we would have access to the lake since it is categorized as a lake house. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely retreat in the woods

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this retreat in the woods. Everything was clean, organized, and as advertised. The whole experience was easy and relaxing. We had a chance to use the kayaks which were easily accessible and lightweight. I loved watching the deer each morning from the covered part of the deck

The lake cabin

It was so clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and walking up to deer and relaxing to lightning bugs reminded me of myChildhood. We truly enjoyed our time at the house while in town for a bowling tournament. I had a couple questions and Carrie was quick to respond.

Peace of Heaven

The house was very beautiful and had everything you would ever need. I highly recommend this place to stay for a weekend getaway or a week’s vacation to just relax and be at peace. The Master Bed is very cozy as well. I will definitely be back again

Amazing quiet home

This home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and hospitable. Lovely home that has to be the most well-equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beds are beyond comfortable, the home sparkling clean, spacious and wonderful decor.
