WIFI, Billardtisch und Tischtennisplatte sowie ein Sandstrand! Dieses Haus ist bezaubernd! Die Menge ist fast flach plus gibt es einen Sandstrand. Es gibt eine andere 800 sq ft von Spielzimmer (Billard, Tischtennis Dart) in der freistehend Garage und ein Spielhaus fĂŒr die Kinder. Die roadfront Seite hat eine Veranda fĂŒr den Morgenkaffee gescreent. Die Uferpromenade Seite verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine gerĂ€umige Terrasse mit Platz fĂŒr alle und einer sagenhaften Aussicht. Einmal in der Wohnung, werden Sie die Dekorationen und Möbeln lieben. Eine Mischung aus zeitgenössischer Kunst meets entspannt See Stil machen dies zu einem der komfortabelsten HĂ€user auf unserem Verleih-Programm. Die Zimmer sind gerĂ€umig und die WohnrĂ€ume sind offen und einladend Es ist eine malerische eingezĂ€unten Gartenparty Außenbereich fĂŒr Unterhaltung oder so fido kann einige Übung, ohne Mama und Papa zu mĂŒssen, um ihm ablaufenden Sorgen zu bekommen. Der Sandstrand ist ideal fĂŒr die kleinen Kinder auch. Gibt es einen Pavillon am Wasser. Die Garage verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Billardtisch, der in eine Tischtennisplatte wandelt, Dartsport auch! FĂŒr die Kinder gibt es ein Baumhaus und ein Paddelboot (umgebaut und komplett funktionsfĂ€hig am 01.12.2017). Es gibt eine Feuerstelle zum Rösten von Marshmallows oder zum Teilen von GetrĂ€nken mit Freunden.

Im Eingangsbereich finden Sie die KĂŒche, eine kleine FrĂŒhstĂŒcksecke, den grĂ¶ĂŸeren Essbereich, der zum Wohnzimmer hin offen ist, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad. Die WaschkĂŒche befindet sich ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene. Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich verfĂŒgen ĂŒber GlasschiebetĂŒren, die sich zu einer beeindruckenden Terrasse mit Blick auf den See öffnen. Mit 8 SitzplĂ€tzen, einem Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und einem Gasgrill ist dies der perfekte Ort fĂŒr jede Gruppe.

Im Obergeschoss gibt es einen Aufenthaltsraum und 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Vollbad im Flur teilen. Der Aufenthaltsraum verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Fernseh- und Spielsystem fĂŒr die Kinder. Beautiful views to wake up to!! Plenty of space for a family to stretch out, and the inside of the home was very clean with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Be aware - the bunkbed is now Queen size on both top and bottom. We were unprepared for that; the listing said Queen and Twin when we booked. There were 6-8 remotes in front of the TV downstairs and we didn't have the energy to try to figure out what goes to what. We were unclear where the kayaks that belong to the property are...there are 2 that are on the very edge of the property, on the other side of a tree, facing the neighbors backyard. We weren't comfortable enough with the assumption to do anything with them. I was surprised the lawn and decks weren't more cleaned up; all the neighbor's lawns were.

Adorable house, loved the gated back deck for our dog! Great location. Close to both the state park and golf and restaurants at Mariner’s Landing. Would highly recommend and wouldlove to stay there again when we come back to visit family.

3.5 rating. When we got there it wasn’t cleaned from the last people who stayed - dog hair and people hair all over, bathrooms dirty, bedrooms messy. Had to spend a good hour and a half cleaning and washing the bed spreads that were there. There’s a notice on the fridge that says notify the rental office and that no refunds are allowed and I’m sure they would’ve responded but we needed to get settled in and didn’t really have time to wait for someone to come and clean it. Really unfortunate as the property is lovely - nice little beach, access to lake, fire pit, and dog run were all nice.

Great location!

Perfect house for our family of 5 and dog. The deck is shaded perfectly. The dock and cove are safe for relaxing on boards or floats. The 2 kayaks were great to have for exploring the lake. The house itself was cozy without feeling small. Lots of supplies for preparing meals at the house.

Perfect vacation spot

This place gives you nonstop entertainment from the pool table, tennis table in the garage if you have a rainy day and are stuck inside to the huge variety of books and board games offered inside. Love that you offered life jackets and things to enjoy the water with. Trees provide that much appreciated shade on a sunny day. Kitchen provides everything you could possibly need. And am so thankful it is very pet friendly from the closed in area for them to run, gate on the back deck to the screened in front porch. We will definitely visit again and encourage anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to book here

Perfect getaway

This house is a perfect getaway if you want to be active and use the lake or simply relax on the deck. It is so dog friendly with the dog yard - my dog and I played out there a ton! We were able to cook our meals and just hang out on the deck and enjoy the views. The state park entrance is around the corner and we enjoyed hiking in the mornings. Great house!

Dog & Family friendly - a sunny place to stay

Overall, we LOVED this place and hope to visit it again. It was very dog friendly, which is hard to find (separate, but connected fenced yard, fenced deck, dog friendly neighbors, etc.). The deck by the water has a cute gazebo, the game room was a hit with our teens, the sandy beach and kayaks were in great condition, the cove is not crazy busy even on a holiday weekend, and the place was clean and well stocked with standard kitchen/bathroom necessities. My only feedback would be a clearer list of what to bring vs. what they have, further in advance - plan to bring or rent sheets/towels, they have a regular coffee machine, no kettle, but there is a gas grill. They do have paper products to get started, but knowing it's a bit of a drive to a store, bring extras with you as well as things like foil/plastic wrap, spices etc. Thank you for having us!!

Relaxing getaway

Very nice house and we liked that we and our friends could bring or small dogs. Plenty of kitchen supplies, very nice deck and great area for the pups. Plenty of cul decsacs to also walk your pets too. Rectangular small screened in porch area which was great for the day it rained All Day! We also used the kayaks which was nice to have. The game room needs a little updating as the foos ball table and ping pong table need some balancing but we had fun with the ping pong. The AC unit in the garage did not stay on But we weren’t in there a great deal of the time. It’s a great house if you have kids b/c the upstairs has 2bedrooms and PlayStation in the sitting area for the young adults. We really liked watching the deer-a group of 6/7 that hang around a lot. Would definitely go again!

Great Holiday Weekend

Wonderful location, great dock we’re we caught a ton of fish, plus it was easy to use the kayaks off of it. Gorgeous views the minute you walk in, loved the fire pit and deck area. Super dog friendly side yard, they even had dog bowls. The kitchen had every type of cooking implement, utensils, etc you needed. They had lots of books and dvds, games. Our kids are Grown but would be wonderful for little ones! Deer through out the neighborhood. 15 minute drive to store, restaurants and even wineries. We really enjoyed our stay! Only complaint is there were a lot of spiderwebs that needed to be taken care of on the outside.

Nice little place on the lake

Overall our stay was great. It was a little musty in the house when we first got there, but that was probably because it was raining. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for the week. The dock was not big, but it was adequate for docking our boat. On the topic of nature, there are random groups of deer just strolling around the neighborhood all day. At one point there were 7 deer watching me fish in the morning. I was more worried about my dogs seeing them than I was about the deer themselves. Great little place to get away for the week, just be careful when driving around the lake and watch for deer. The wife liked the water pressure in the shower and wanted me to mention that the bedroom is pitch black at night (which was awesome).

Wonderful Fall Retreat

It was beautiful!!! We loved the dock/gazebo, the fire pit and the deck! All had beautiful views of the lake. Our only criticism was we were unable to adjust the thermostat and the heat kept coming on unnecessarily.

Another great weekend

We chose to stay here again this year after loving all the amenities for traveling with our dogs and 4yr old when we stayed last summer! We were a little disappointed the kayaks have a lot of wear and tear and aren’t as functional this year from broken seat backs. We enjoyed the option of the garage game room to pass some time during the rain. The lake was beautiful as always, we loved it was still warm enough for a swim but some peaks of fall starting to come out!

Here Comes the Sun -- Review July 2022

Great location, privacy. Dog run is very convenient and secure. Love having the kayaks -- used them a lot -- but brought my own vests. The main deck needs some major work -- several rot spots and rough boards are dangerous for feet and paws. Air Conditioning seems to have been upgraded!! I don't recall the 2 zone system last year (2021) and it worked super well this year (2022). I wish there was direct water access without rip wrap (rocks) on the right side of the dock. That would provide much better swimming access for people and pets. As it is, if you access the water from the tiny beach, you have to swim in the narrow gap between your dock and the neighbor's dock to get to the larger area. But overall, a nice place with lots of amenities to enjoy.

Downside: basement was musty, shower curtain was moldy, different height of one inside stair going to second floor caused falls, protruding screw on deck off living room, dock 'handrail' to step on lower dock is too near the post and pinches fingers .
