Great small condo with quick access to beach

The place is small but cozy and is 5 min drive or 15 min walk from the beach which was always a fun time.

Very nice stay!

Me and my 2 labs were there for a short work trip. Place was perfect and just as advertised. Really enjoyed Palmilla and having Black Marlin to eat at for dinner.

Sunny Anchor Escape

Great weekend at the Sunny Anchor! Perfect spot for a two-person get-away. Very clean, tastefully decorated, very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean & cool. The bathroom is amazing and the outdoor shower is #1. It made getting the sand off so easy. I want to stay here again. It also is amongst all the other condos, yet feels very private!

Restful Get-Away

Darling cottage walking distance to the beach and decorated in the beachy theme. We loved our time at this property with our two small dogs. Spent time on the patio each evening enjoying the breeze and quiet sounds of the pond near the cottage. Simply delightful for a couple.

Close to the Beach

My kids and I had a wonderful stay. It was close to the beach so we did not have to drive but 3 minutes tops. The pool was within walking distance. For a neighborhood with some active construction, it was pretty quiet. Tip: If going during summer mosquito months, I suggest packing some sort of mosquito fogger, candle in order to enjoy the cute outside area. The mosquitos were out for blood in that area!

Overall location was ok. Front door was open on arrive no key in lock box, after call to management, cleaning person showed up with key.Requested maintenance due to frobt door not locking due to debris in locking mechanism. Also show wall damage in bathroom and missing ceiling vent 18" x 12".Had to wash bed lines first night as they smelled of cigarette smoke.No other issues, accommodations were as advertised.
