This incredible property is located between 2 top rated beaches with access to all of The Preserve at Grayton Beach community amenities. From here you are walking distance to the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast, as well as, rare coastal dune lakes great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.

Recently renovated, our 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops and expansive bar seating. The open floor plan features large living and dining areas and a new 65" smart TV. The spacious balcony offers plenty of outdoor seating and spectacular views – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage!

With only 10 units, Preserve Place offers convenient parking, fast elevators, and easy access. Amenities include deeded beach access and private boardwalk, 4 newly resurfaced pickleball courts and 1 tennis court, clubhouse with ping pong and 2 pools!
The largest pool (western) is heated seasonally and located directly adjacent to the condo. The eastern pool is located on the opposite side of the community (an 8 minute walk or short car ride) and directly across from the deeded beach access.

Beach access: Use the Preserve deeded beach access (an 8 min walk to the east) OR the Blue Mountain public beach access (a 12 min walk to the west.)
You'll find the deeded beach access with private boardwalk much less crowded during peak season. From here, the boardwalk, shaded by trees, is a 5 min walk to the sparkling sand. Beach setup is another 100 yards to the west of Big Redfish Lake or east of Little Redfish Lake.

'She Salty' is stocked with Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, a beach umbrella, an all-terrain beach wagon, and beach towels for your convenience . You'll also find games, puzzles and books in the media cabinet for extra fun.

And while you may want to spend all your days soaking up the Florida sun, there's so much more to do and explore: Some of our favorites include catching live music at Redfish Taco and grabbing a sweet treat at Blue Mountain Creamery, both an 8 minute walk. Or Blue Mountain Bakery, For the Health of It Natural Food Store/ Juice & Smoothie Bar, and Cowgirl Kitchen Cafe, all just a 12 minute walk or quick bike ride.
Grayton Beach is also home to art galleries, the world-famous Red Bar, Grace Pizza and Shakes, and the endless natural beauty of Grayton Beach State Park and Point Washington State Forest, both only 2 miles away.
