Gorgeous beach condo, incredibly short walk from beach- which is very quiet due to private access point. Very clean condo and well stocked with all essentials and benefits of beach equipment, which was ideal. Lauren responds very quickly to any questions you have and the check in process was very smooth with everything clearly communicated throughout- couldn't ask for anything more, Lauren is an excellent host! There is also ample supermarkets and food places situated very close to the condo. If you are looking for a great place to stay on cocoa beach then look no further! Cant recommend highly enough- thanks for a lovely stay, wish it could have been for longer!

Quick trip to Cocoa Beach

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The place was exactly as listed which exceeded our expectations. They were great hosts, very responsive and helpful in the recommendations for restaurants in the area. Pool and beach were a quick walk away and were both great. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

Great stay at Cocoa Beach

Our condo was great. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean, quiet and fully stocked.We had no issues with the condo during our stay and the condo was exactly as described. It was walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with and we were very pleased with our overall experience.

Fantastic condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a great location with easy access to the beach, nearby restaurants and stores. Lauren is so easy to work with and very responsive anytime there might have been questions. We will certainly keep this condo at the top of the list for our next visit to Cocoa Beach!

Perfect family place!

Our family loved the location! We were right in the middle of all the action. This condo was just steps from the pool and steps from the private beach! For us, with two young kids, the closet stocked with beach items was a huge bonus! Thank you for a fabulous week!!

Perfect location!

Location was close to pool and entrance to beach. Walking distance to grocery store or 7-11. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo also had everything you need to spend the day at the beach.

Easy Going

As described, location was great, plenty of things within walking distance. Well stocked on family fun and towels. Not having any outdoor space for hanging towels or letting beach gear dry was tricky but the listing was very up front about it.

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family spring break trip. It was very clean and had all of the kitchen amenities that we needed to prepare and make all of our meals.The location is great as there is a grocery store, lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. There is also a Walmart that is about a 10 minute car ride depending on traffic. We enjoyed going to the beach every day where we found lots of shells, then enjoyed to pool in the evening. The beach really is only a 3-5 min walk from the condo and the pool is very close as well. While we were there we were able to watch 2 rocket launches from the beach shore and could see both of these perfectly as they blasted off from Cape Canaveral. It was so nice to have several beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon available for the days at the beach. We were also able to enjoy a few games of Shuffle Board and grilling up a few steaks on the outside grill as well. The 2 bedrooms were also very clean and comfortable (1 master bedroom with a king bed; and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom). The only thing we struggled with was the washer and dryer. It is a new model in which it washes and dries; however the clothes/towels were not always dry.The host was very friendly and prompt to respond to all of my questions and concerns and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I would definitely return in the future if we were heading to the Cocoa Beach area again.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was very conveniently located to Ron Jon’s, grocery stores, and the Cruise line terminals (for watching the ships). The location felt secure and required a key to get access to the pool, the private beach access, and the activities (shuffle board, bocce ball, and tennis). The location was great for our needs as a family of four (two kids). It came amply supplied for activities on the beach including chairs and an umbrella. There appeared to be other canopies as well but we only needed one umbrella.

Lauren was a wonderful host. The rental has everything you need for a day at the beach. From coolers, to chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and more. The unit was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Quick walk and you are at the private stretch of beach. Perfect stay!

Relaxing, quiet beach

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit. The condo itself was inviting and comfy for the 3 of us. The beach is so clean and peaceful. Amenities provided for the beach were awesome and the pool was nice as well. It is just an hour to Universal Studios so our day trip there was convenient. The host was easy to reach and met our needs quickly. We will hopefully be returning.

Cozy condo within walking distance to the beach

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in Cocoa Beach. The condo was clean and neat with plenty of beach accessories to use. The condo unit has a community grill and pickleball courts within walking distance, along with a heated pool that is not busy. The fishing is excellent from the beach. The condo is also in a great location and within walking distance to Ron Jon’s, Cocoa Beach Pier and a variety of other stores and restaurants. Of we ever come back to Cocoa Beach we would definitely stay here again.

Cocoa Beach condo

We had an amazing time staying here. The host was super responsive, the interior of the condo was so pretty and even better than the pictures. The location was perfect! With access to the beach, a beautiful saltwater pool, and within close proximity to grocery store and restaurants, I cannot say enough good things about this property. Lauren thought of everything to make things easier for guests. She provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and the list goes on! We will be back!

A great time in a great location.

The condo is very nice and clean. A big bonus is the washer/dryer in the unit. Extremely well outfitted with every possible beach accessory, including a beach wagon that folds up. Beds were very comfortable. I had a minor internet issue and had to message about it and it took probably only five minutes for a response. And it was a simple fix. I would highly recommend this unit.

Relaxing Beach Week

The condo is just as described and worked perfectly for our family. Lauren is an exemplary host who was quick to respond and has thoughtfully ensured the needs of her guests are met and then some. A couple of things that we appreciated and couldn’t find in many other listings are: the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds over a double/queen which was paramount for our children who would be sharing a room. One of our girls takes all space available in any size bed she’s in, resulting in a disgruntled bedmate. Who wants that on vacation?? As for the master, it is outfitted with a King, whereas many only offer a Queen sized bed. The other major sell for us was the added bonus of beach gear. This enabled us extra cargo room, which was much needed since this beach week was a last minute addition after a cruise (i.e. hello, extra luggage)!My husband and 8-year old enjoyed the pool a few times during our stay. The family as a whole had a great time during several beach days, making good use of the umbrella, beach chairs, beach wagon, and other supplies provided. The body boards were in near constant use. Internet service was great, being able to sign in and use our Netflix account was easy so we could catch up on shows we often don’t have time for during our normal grind. Definitely keeping this property in mind for any future trips to this part of Florida!
