Perfect for what we needed

This was just what we needed. A place to crash, near the beach. House was clean, host was responsive, and the checkin process was super simple and you couldn't beat the price.

Perfect Old Orchard Beach Vacation

Great rental unit with 4 beautiful bedrooms, large and useful kitchen, and multiple places to socialize--dining room, living room, sun room, deck, and fire pit. Plus, there is a trampoline with protective netting, basketball hoop, and fabulous tree swing. An easy walk to the beach and to downtown. Highly recommended!

Close to pier and beach

Great location. Ahmad was very responsive. We were 2 families with teenagers. They really enjoyed being close to the action. The house is big.

Perfect for family

We had a really nice time for the 4 nights we were there. There was plenty of space inside, a nice yard for thé kids to play in. It was close enough to the beach to walk there. The host being present is a major plus since he is a nice person and often inquired if anything was missing. If we go back to Old Orchard we would definitely go back!

Great location

Loved that it had all the amenities of being at home. Ahmad was very responsive and very kind. We are a family of 5 and we brought our dog (plenty of room in this house). Large back yard with deck, fire pit, grill, trampoline, and tree swing. Ahmad even had games for the children to play. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Enclosed porch with tv and seating, the kids loved eating breakfast there. About a 10 minute walk to the pier. Neighbors were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house

Wonderful!..we all had our own comfy bedrooms…The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need..Loved the back porch with tv and couches..Big back yard with fire pit which we used twice.Ahmad even gave us the wood.Very clean…and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated.Ahmad was the perfect host. Warning…..owner has a dog on the premises if you’re bringing a pet…and watch out…the hot water is scalding!.If you’re looking for a vacation home near the beach but in a quiet area,this is the one.A short 10 minute walk to the beach and pier.We thoroughly loved it!

There was enough bedding for 7 people and according to the pictures and description . But if the guest have more people and we provide cots blankets pillows. And before the guest arrives we make sure everything is nice, clean and smell good. Even we provide extra stuff for the guest convenience. I got to know better than what she wrote about my place. I wish them best of luck and God bless

Absentee Scam

Host communication was poor, failed to work with us to reschedule trip despite ample notice of catastrophic flooding that trapped my family members in Central Vermont. Acted dumb so that he could collect a fee and move on. Skip this place, don’t work with this guy, he’s shady.

Comfy, Private and Great for Kids

Our family stayed at Ahmad's over memorial day weekend. Our time there was just the reset we needed! The place is setup for guests to feel at home. When staying at STRs, it can often feel like walking on eggshells, especially when traveling with kids. Not here! Ahmad has thought of many of the little details that make the space functional while also feeling lived-in. The back yard was a huge selling point for us. Ahmad has outfitted the back yard with something for guests of all ages. We grilled on the back deck while our kids frolicked on the trampoline and got their wiggles out on the tree swing. We topped the evening off with music and conversation by the fire (Ahmad graciously let us help ourselves to his firewood). Finally, if you're in Old Orchard, you're probably planning on spending time at the beach. This place is a short 10-minute walk away - very convenient. All-in-all, we highly recommend staying with Ahmad on your next trip to Old Orchard!

Since Lofton and his family stayed in my place the whole time it felt like a family were staying in my place . Very Friendly great conversation and easy going. They last day of their stay even they did some laundry. And left me a good tip. Which usually isn't expected. I would love rent my place again to Mr Lofton and his family again. Five star guest .
