The 35 square meter living-dining room with fully equipped kitchenette offers a cozy atmosphere. A parking palce in the garage and the use of the pool, sauna, steam room , sports equipment and parking is included in the price.
The living room with dining area is comfortably furnished with an antique buffet. It offers a lot of space and has access to the balcony. A modern TV is available and Wi-Fi is available. The en-suite bedroom has a direct adjacent shower room with toilet. Bedroom 2 has direct access to the balcony. The second bathroom and a separate toilet are in the entrance area. All bedrooms have windows to the valley.
Other things to note :
There is a security deposit of €500 and a tourist tax/city tax/tax de Séjour of €2.00/night/person. The deposit and tourist tax must be transferred to the owner and cannot be deposited at the reception. The security deposit will be transferred back to the tenant on Monday after the end of the stay, provided no damage to the apartment and the equipment/equipment has been discovered by the staff of the Chalets du Gypse. The house rules will be provided to the guest in advance.
