Gorgeous Luxury Lake House with Fantastic Views and Amenities

You will not find a better house for your family vacation. The over 180 degree unobstructed views of the lake on this unique lot on a point on the south end of Magician Lake are spectacular. There are wonderful interior spaces for you to relax in and enjoy, nicely decorated and full of artistic charm. And your children will have non-stop entertainment, from climbing to and enjoying the lofts, swimming, running on the water carpet to jumping off the raft. This large recently constructed luxury house is on sought-after Magician Lake, an all-sports lake in Southwest Michigan only 2 hours from Chicago. Magician is far and away the best of the Sister Lakes; none of the other lakes even begin to compare.

Huge amounts of glass throughout the many interior spaces result in you being constantly bathed in all of the wonderful views surrounding you. Located on one of the best spots on Magician Lake, and close to many great restaurants and attractions, including 3 nearby (within a 15 minute drive) wineries.

The house and lot have many great areas where you can relax and enjoy your stay with everyone, as well as a few to escape away and have a little "me time" if you need it. For sleeping, there are very comfortable sleeping arrangements for 14 located in 6 separate sleeping areas on the 2nd floor and associated lofts with absolutely no annoying bunk beds. All bedrooms have an attached bath and each and every one has lake views. The Master Bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower with body sprays and incredible views to boot. On the main floor there's a huge Great Room with fully stocked gourmet kitchen, separate beverage refrigerator, and indoor dinner seating for 12. The 350 square foot main level deck with outdoor kitchen right off the Great Room expands the main living space even more, and not only has a natural gas grill but also 2 side burners.

The outdoor spaces have what only can be described as glorious views of the lake and there are 5 levels of them. The 2 balconies on the second floor off the bedrooms with sweeping views of the cove to the west are the highest level. The 350 square foot upper deck connected to the main living area with outdoor kitchen described above also has outdoor dinner seating for 6. The next level sports a 2 person hammock area under a shade tree to lazily view the constant action on the lake. A little farther down the stairs is a 700 square foot lower deck elevated a few feet above lake level with an outdoor couch, loveseat and a couple of chairs and has a huge cantilever umbrella for shade if you need it. Finally, there's the lake level with over 60 feet of frontage containing a grassy area with firepit as well as a pier with large platform and a couple of Adirondack chairs to relax on. A large raft on the lake just 75 feet from the end of the pier completes the many separate outdoor areas that you and your family can use for a perfect, fun-filled vacation on the water. Also included are 4 lounge chairs and 4 lightweight wicker style chairs for use anywhere on the multi-level outdoor spaces.

For your sporting pleasure there's a 4 person pedal boat on a convenient lift for your use, and 2 sit-on kayaks to explore the 2 protected coves on either side of the house, one of which is an angler kayak for fishing. In addition, guests have use of a high-quality O'Brien water carpet; a 6 X 18 foam float that kids absolutely love and will likely use non-stop.

Finally, the pier has an open slip for a pontoon or boat you can bring to the lake or rent from a local vendor (separate docking agreement with a small set-up fee for a boat - pontoons require no setup fee - and refundable security deposit required). Enjoy the sandbar on Hemlock Island, cruise the lake at sunset, and, on the 4th of July, watch the lake association's fireworks display shot from a barge on the middle of the lake.
