Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while sipping on your favorite drink, or bike into town and explore Hilton Head Island!

The CC condo unit 157 is located within SeaSide Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. After many visits to Hilton Head Island, it is important to me that all of my guests are provided with everything they could need for a beach day, including a wagon, chairs, towels, a small cooler, a sun umbrella, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and a smart TV for entertainment.

The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. The kitchen is fully stocked with bar stools and a hightop table. If you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops in Coligny Beach Park. A grocery store, the Tiki Bar, and Jim’s Pool Bar are also within walking distance.

The queen-size sleeper sofa is brand new with a comfortable gel mattress. There are flat-screen TVs located in the bedroom and the living room. There is a tower fan, along with ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. The balcony has a high-top table and four chairs for a great ocean view!

There is a community pool (open Apr. 1- Sept. 30), a grilling area, limited covered parking, an ample-sized parking lot, and bike racks. Elevators are located in the building, and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

Although I love my grandpets, unfortunately, no pets are permitted at SeaSide Villas. The condo association charges a $500/day fine if a pet is on-site. That fine will be assessed to the renter if a pet is found on-site.

Our stay was great, the condo has everything you need for your stay. You just need to bring yourself, your clothes, and the rest was provided. The only downside is the bed being too soft making it uncomfortable.

Wonderful Week at the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villas. We come here every year but this was our first time in this condo and it was the best one we have ever stayed in. The owner, Tracy was so hospitable. We got to the island early, and she left the parking pass for us so that we could park at the place and head to the beach until it was time for check in. She left waters and little snacks in the condo for us which I thought was so thoughtful and the condo had everything we needed. The condo was also extremely clean and the decor was beautiful! Tracy was very communicative and she was quick to answer our questions. We would love to stay here again and we recommend to all our friends!

Quick Easter Getaway

First trip to Hilton Head was a huge success!

Accommodations were as presented on the rental site; clean and supplied with anything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. The property manager was easy to communicate with, if necessary, and prompt to reply. The property was easily accessible to the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.

Great last minute vacation!

First of all, I book multiple times a year through VRBO and I have to say that the property owner here is the most proactive and accommodating that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The property itself is well appointed and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza and 2 pools onsite. The 2 bikes included were a great added bonus that provided a fantastic way to explore the island. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend getaway

The condo is small, but it was pefrect for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the beach. The beach supples were fantastic and well maintained. 5 minute walk to Coligny with shopping and food. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Fantastic Condo on Beach!

My husband and I had an amazing stay! We are so grateful we chose this condo for our week at HHI! It is perfect for a week at the beach. The host has so many added touches to make the stay more comfortable and special. She knew it was our honeymoon made our week more special. The condo is very clean and close to restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend! It also has a very nice pool and is right on the beach.

Top notch condo. Location, comfort, and ease of keyless entry. Unit has updated furniture in all rooms and rooms aren't like an obstacle course. Owner was also easily accessible and kind. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended

Summer stay in hilton head island

I recently stayed at Stacy's vacation rental in Hilton Head Island, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Stacy was very pleasant and provided excellent communication from the beginning. She allowed me to check in a few hours early, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-supplied with basic essentials, and getting into the property was straightforward.While the property was nice, the photos are somewhat exaggerated, making the condo appear much larger than it actually is. The space is quite small, and the layout is peculiar, as you walk directly into the bedroom from the main entrance, impacting privacy.The kitchen is more of a small kitchenette with no countertop space for food preparation, making cooking inconvenient. The listing mentions free bikes, but they are old, rusty, and in shabby condition. Investing in newer bikes would greatly improve the experience.Bathroom and shower supplies were barely enough for one person, so more generous provisions would be appreciated. Lastly, despite a cleaning fee, guests are asked to remove all trash upon checkout. This is hectic, especially for those with kids or in groups. It would be helpful if the cleaning crew handled the trash, considering the cleaning fee.Despite these drawbacks, Stacy's hospitality and the condo's cleanliness made for a pleasant stay. However, potential guests should be aware of the condo's small size, limited kitchen facilities, minimal bathroom supplies, and the additional task of trash
