Luxury 4BedRoom Villa An Tan is a luxurious villa located in the heart of Seminyak, just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, and famous restaurants La Plancha, La Favela, Ku De Ta and Potato Head Beach Club, making this villa the perfect place for your vacation. Villa An Tan consists of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, barbecue bar, gazebo as well as a large swimming pool, and a beautiful garden view with tropical greenery all around.

When entering An Tan villa you will be greeted with a beautiful and peacefull fish pond, and a large swimming pool surrounded by a green lawn with lush tropical plants. Also you can cook with family and friends in our barbecue kitchen, and on the other side of the pool there is a gazebo equipped with soft cushions as a place to relax and enjoy the warm Balinese vibes.

Luxury 4BedRoom - Villa An Tan - Central Seminyak sits on 1200sqm of land and consists of several buildings. In the Main building there is a very spacious living room furnished with a comfortable long sofa. The dining area is attached to the kitchen, furnished with elegant tables and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough tableware and cooking utensils to meet your needs such as: Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, dispenser, juicer and other kitchen utensils.

We also can help you to prepare floating breakfast such as Indonesian, American, or continental cuisine according to the menu that we have prepared in the villa (additional fees according to the menu ordered). Enjoy the sensation of breakfast at the pool with your family, group of friends or partner, and we also provide Full Day Tour, as well as massage services that will make your vacation more enjoyable (for Full day tour, massage and floating breakfast services must be booked a day in advance). This villa is the perfect destination for families, groups of friends or couples, and we ensure that you make the best choice for your vacation.

The villa has Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, Hot Showers, TV Cable, Good Wifi and Air Conditioning in each room. The Master bedroom is separate from the rest of another building creating a more private and cozy atmosphere. This room is furnished with a King Size bed, a wardrobe with a safety box, and has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, as well as exclusively provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. The second bedroom has a King Size bed with beautiful views of the pool and garden. The other of two rooms are adjoining twin buildings by the pool, both symmetrical in design with similar interiors, featuring King size beds, and wardrobes with safety box.
