The home has an open kitchen, dining, and living room area where everyone can hang out. Go downstairs to a smaller living room and tv, a twin bedroom and restroom. From the kitchen you walk up the stairs to a game themed game room with a table that seats 6. There is a queen sized bedroom, a twin bunkbed room, laundry room and restroom. From the entry of the home when you turn left you will go upstairs to the dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Turning right, you will enter the main bedroom area. There is a king sized bed and dresser in the bedroom. There is a large walk in closet and a bathroom with a walk in shower and two sinks. There is a large deck on the back side of the home looking out at the mountains.

The home has one security camera above the garage.

The home was the perfect place to be for our trip! It was spacious and absolutely beautiful. It had great views. Very clean. Loved how quiet it was and close drive to restaurants and grocery. Host was very responsive and quick with messages. Would recommend to anyone traveling to area!

Over all a good stay however was disappointed in the large amount of weeds growing in the front yard. The owner was always prompt in replying to questions. Nice open space to stay for a large family. Loved the open kitchen dining and living room area.

Great Location

The house is in a great location. Especially if your going to visit someone who is stationed at Fort Carson like we were. The house had everything that we needed. The host was very quick to respond and was very nice.

Overall we had a great experience, and this rental was both great quality and price, we were very satisfied! This is a huge house! Beautiful ceilings, amazing kitchen, it was a great experience just having all the space. A lot of really nice modern components such as the blinds, the digital A/C was easy and worked extremely well, the master bed was very comfortable; I've even considered getting a similar mattress after staying for the 3 nights. Very nice living room set up with two 75 inch TVs was very cool. We really like Colorado Springs to vacation at and staying on the south east side of town was definitely a different experience as we have slowly started to understand the unique parts of this area. It was really nice how quiet it was at night, minimal light pollution, it was a very calm and relaxing area and the house matched perfectly. Also very calm and quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay again sometime! The host was amazing and more than helpful! Thanks again!

A lovely home with amazing views of the mountains!

We had a fantastic time at your lovely home. Everyone loved the house. We are all deaf and came here from different states, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Illinois, Utah and New York for our 40th class reunion at the Colorado School for the Deaf. Your house was just perfect for our group because we could all see each other in the open area of the living room, dining room and the kitchen. Our GSD Callie enjoyed our walks up the street to Peaceful Valley road which was nearly a mile and back each morning. The houses here are just amazing. Spacious and quiet retreat

My partner and I were traveling with our two dogs to visit family in the nearby Fountain area, overall we had a positive stay. We really appreciated the host working with us to have an early check in!The property has a 2 car garage which was nice to park in during winter weather. Behind the property is open fields with views of mountains in the far distance. We spotted a beautiful coyote twice and lots of different birds. The property is not fenced in, so if you’re traveling with dogs, be mindful of that. The street has a paved sidewalk for dog walking.All bathrooms were stocked with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were all the dishes we needed in kitchen and spices. The property is within 5 mins of a Safeway grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and other amenities.
