This stylish home is the ideal destination to have fun with the whole family with plenty of space to gather in the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. Or if you’re a traveling professional seeking a place to call home while being away from home while duty calls, seek no further. Here you will find comfort in new bed sets and living room furniture. Guests will be close to Mercy Medical Center, UC Merced, and the beautiful Yosemite Valley. Bi-weekly cleaning services are available.

As you walk in, you will be welcomed into the open concept gathering space that is the living room, dining space and kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space to cook, while the cabinets house all the essential cookware. Kitchen appliances include a fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, rice maker, and more. The large dining table is perfect for eating together, or playing board games. The living room has comfy couches, a 65” smart tv (bring your favorite streaming passwords), and a coffee table that stores numerous games. There is a half bath at the far end of the living room for those hanging out downstairs. The upstairs consists of all guest rooms as well as the laundry space. The master suite is at the end of the hall, and has a king size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower. Each of the other three uniquely decorated bedrooms have queen size beds, dressers, and smart TVs. The 5th bedroom is used as a quiet study/work space, and has a twin size futon. The backyard has a small patio with a gas BBQ grill to fulfill your grilling needs. Park safely inside the 2-car tandem garage, in the driveway, or on the street.

Guests will have access to enjoy the entire house, including the garage.

I will be available for guests to contact me by phone, but I will respect their privacy while they are at the property.

We have supplied a one time starter kit to help you get settled in, consisting of the following items: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. There are video cameras on the outside of the house and driveway, and a keyless front door lock. We have one camera on the garage wall to monitor package/supply deliveries.

We have parking in the two car tandem garage (single file entry), and in the driveway. Street parking may not always be available immediately in front of the house. Our driveway is a bit steep.
