Dieses geräumige Penthouse mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Vollbädern (zwei davon mit Duschkabinen aus Glas) befindet sich nur einen halben Block vom berühmten Copacabana-Strand entfernt und bietet bequem Platz für eine Gruppe von bis zu sechs Erwachsenen. Das Penthouse bietet von beiden Terrassen einen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Marmorsitze und -schienen auf allen Patios, also gibt es maximale Aussicht und Brise. Beide Innenhöfe sind exklusiv für das Penthouse und nur von der Wohnung aus zugänglich. Man ist offen für die Sonne und man hat ein durchscheinendes Dach. Ausgestattet mit einer großen zum Wohnbereich offenen Küche, einer geräumigen Wohn- und Essraumkombination. Alle Decken sind 12 Fuß hoch, Kunst ist original von brasilianischen Künstlern, Ledermöbeln und allen natürlichen Pflanzen. Die Renovierung wurde im September 2012 abgeschlossen. Für Ihren Komfort gibt es Klimaanlagen und Deckenventilatoren in jedem der Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereiche. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein 47-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, WIFI, Kabel, ein Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter an der Tür, eine Mikrowelle, ein Backofen auf Augenhöhe, ein Gasherd, ein Toaster, ein Mixer, eine WLAN-Internetverbindung und LED-Lichter über jedem Bett zum Lesen und direkte kostenlose Telefonverbindung nach USA und Kanada. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, 3 Safes, Behandlungen mit Verdunkelungsfenstern in allen Zimmern und ein zweimal wöchentlicher Reinigungsservice werden ebenfalls angeboten. Aufgrund der Nähe zu den Gebieten Ipanema und Arpoador können Sie sonntags zur Hippie-Messe laufen oder die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände von Ipanema und Arpoador besuchen. Rund um das Apartment befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, ein Kino, Nachtclubs und der berühmte Copacabana-Strand.
Ein neues, rund um die Uhr geöffnetes Bistro, Magu, befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Essen, Wein, Bier usw. sind rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Tolle Einrichtung.
Es gibt wunderschöne Pflanzen und der Hausverwalter Lamartine wird jeden zweiten Tag kommen, um die Pflanzen zu gießen. Jeder liebt die Innenhöfe und genießt die Pflanzen ..... besonders den Hibiskus.

I would definitely recommend this property to any going to Rio de Janeiro the location is a two-minute walk to the best beaches in Rio and the apartment was very nice. The host was very nice easy to contact and helped us for everything we need during our stay i will be coming back to the property 100 percent and i give it a 5-star rating from top to bottom

We had an excellent few days in Rio staying at this apartment. Lamartine, the manager, was very welcoming and showed us round and explained how everything worked. In fact, we had been in contact with Lamartine even before we got to Rio and he very kindly arranged a taxi transfer for us to and from the airport. He was very quick to respond to any queries we had and sorted out a couple of minor issues we had immediately. The apartment itself is in a great location very close to Copacabana beach and restaurants and bars. It is also very bright and airy and has all the necessities for a holiday stay. We would highly recommend this apartment and Lamartine is a pleasure to deal with.

Top Lage - Top Ausstattung - Top Service - Jederzeit wieder!!

Wir (ein Paar, auch wenn locker 4 Personen Platz hätten) waren in der Zeit vom 17.10. bis 25.10.2019 zu Gast. Das Apartment liegt einen Block von der Copacabana entfernt und 3 Blocks von der Metro. Unten im Haus das beste Fischrestaurant der Stadt. Auch sonst alles, was man sich wünschen kann, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Umgang mit sowohl Yates (dem Vermieter) als auch mit Lamartine (dem Manager vor Ort) war super angenehm und hilfreich. Das Penthouse liegt im 13. Stock, ist stylish eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Dazu sehr freundliche 24h-Security. Kurz: Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht wohl gefühlt! Wiederholungswahrscheinichkeit 100%!

Bel appartement, bien situé

Appartement très bien situé à 100 m de la plage de Copacabana et à 10 mn à pied de la station de métro Cantalago. Appartement superbement décoré et fonctionnel ,3 chambres et 3 SDB, mais une chambre est vraiment très petite, sans porte fenêtre, avec toutefois une SDB attenante, mais surtout bruits de l'ascenseur très gênants la nuit. Donc à déconseiller pour 3 couples car l'un est défavorisé. Il manque aussi une bouilloire éléctrique et des sèches cheveux et les verres sont un peu dépareillés. Superbe séjour quand même.

Spacious and hospitable

Lots of room in this apartment! Three bedrooms, three baths, two patios, large common area. Several US electrical outlets - we didn't need our converters at all. Owner provides a few days worth of coffee, soap, and other needs. Grocery store is right around the corner. Walking distance to beach, shops, metro. Never felt unsafe. People are very friendly and happy to help. We had a wonderful time!

Melhor apartamento do Rio de Janeiro

Gostaria de começar dizendo que para mim as fotos são boas, mas não conseguem traduzir a beleza, energia desse apartamento, que é INCRÍVEL!!! O apartamento é super espaçoso, as camas são confortáveis, chuveiros bons, não cozinhamos no apartamento mas observamos que tem os utensílios necessários para isso também!! Ficamos apaixonados por tudo, desde a recepção até o serviço da portaria!! O apartamento esta super bem localizado, perto da praia, perto de ótimos restaurantes, farmácia, supermercado.. da pra fazer tudo em um raio de três quadras, o que pra nós que somos de fora é incrível!! Enfim, SUPER RECOMENDO e não vejo a hora de voltar para o rio com a minha família e me hospedar lá novamente!!! Obrigada!!

Amazing stay in Rio!!!

I honestly don’t know where to start! I guess I will the host Yates. His communication skills were phenomenal. He was provided me information about Rio before I stepped foot on a plane. Also, Lamartine was excellent, he showed us the apartment and all the amenities. He also was responsible for getting us to our location. He is awesome. Now to the location! It’s one block away from the beach!!! It’s also located near plenty of food options and bars. This is an excellent place to stay and appreciate Yates and his team for allowing my friends and I to stay.

We had a great time and would stay again!

Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Yates and Lamartine were very communicative, helpful, and super nice. The location was also excellent. We were able to easily walk to the supermarket, beach, and numerous restaurants. I think we tried to eat at every restaurant on that square block. The kids ate McDonald's and we had everything else. The food was so good. The building was also great and we felt very secure in the area. The security guards were present 24/7 and were very friendly and helpful as we came and went. The only con is that we had a hard time getting hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and the floors didn't look dirty visually (very light in color) but the bottoms of my kids' feet said otherwise. We never complained it about so there could have been an easy fix for all of that but we didn't bother to ask about it because it was not a deal breaker for us. We had a great time and would stay again! Thank you.

An Unforgettable Experience

The apartment itself is unique and well worth returning to if we traveled to Brasil again. It provided every amenity of a fully equipped apartment. We appreciated that personal towels and washcloths were provided. The view the the porch was very nice. It was spacious with such a great display of Brazilian art. I enjoyed quiet time on the covered porch with the beautiful array of plant life that added an atmosphere of peace. It is private even though it seems to be located in midst of local activity. We were able to get a great view of the New Years fire works from the back porch with no obstruction. The furnishings are very modern with a rich feel and the beds made for a comfortable sleep. **I feel the apartment is well situated in the heart of experiencing Brasil at its best. The walk to the beach was an amazing venture. The sidewalk merchants, the outdoor pubs, the selling on the beach are all part of my forever memories. There are plenty of landmarks to navigate back and forth to the secure and gated apartment when we went out. The apartment is located to have easy access to the outdoor restaurants and the convenience of the food market and shopping. This makes it real easy for first time visitors. We were careful not to venture to far. The Brazilian people are warm and helpful when we stumbled through interpreting English and Portuguese. Highly recommended

Perfect penthouse for a vacation

The apartment is a little better than described. There is a washer and a dryer and clothes lines - the latter is rare in Rio de Janeiro. The furniture and furnishings, above all the two main beds are wonderful. The views of the ocean and beach are great. Although there are restaurants and bars on the street level, the apartment is too high up to hear all that noise below. The kitchen has everything you want. The greenery from the many plants is a delightful. The owner was very conscientious in attending to any calls or emails. The bus stops are a block away.

Perfect location in Copacabana

Great location in Copacabana. 2 blocks from the beach, about a 15 min walk to Ipanema. The doorman to the building was very nice and check-in/out was a piece of cake. The large patio was perfect for lounging at the end of the day, and the apartment itself was very spacious. Only downside was that the 3rd bathroom was under construction when we arrived, and with 6 women staying there, we opted for this place specifically for the 3rd bathroom. Be sure to use the fans in the apartment as it was very humid outside and could make the place seem muggy!

Thank you for the review and the compliments about Penthouse 1301. I apologize for the inconvenience of not having a shower in one of the bathrooms.....it was an unavoidable emergency. Unfortunately, the shower door was accidentally broken 3 days before the client arrival and the new custom door was not delivered on time. We were expecting to have it installed but was out of our control. It was not a planned renovation but an accidentally broken shower door. The toilet and double sink were in excellent working condition. Penthouse 1301 has 52 five star reviews and we strive for excellence.

A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY

I found Yate´s apt. to be a an excellent choice and more benefitial than a hotel. I was with a friend so we had our separate bedrooms. Very comfortable and with the usual amenities provided. Comfortable bed, linens, towels etc. The kitchen is super modern and with all the essentials for cooking. Plenty of silverware, plates, dishes, coffee maker, stove etc. Nothing lacking. The living and dining area are very nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a spacious dining room table and the living room is furnished with nice chairs and sofa plus a wide-screen tv. The outdoor patio is super. Furnished with nice outdoor furniture and surrounded by vegetation and flowers. A great place to enjoy your meals or just hang out. Depending on the season you are in Rio, the apt. is fully equipped with AC units in the bedroom and fans. You will always feel comfortable. The location is excellent. It is a half block from Av. Atlantica and the adjoining area is full of restaurants, shops, the subway. All within walking distance. I can honestly say I dont know how Yate´s could possibly improve his property. You can feel the sense of taste and dedication he has put into it in each room. You wont be disappointed!

I could comfortably live the rest of my life in Copacabana.....there is such a wide variety of shops, entertainment, amusements and people here. The apartment is large and has great out door spaces with lovely blooming plants.
Since I live here, the apartment is designed to be comfortable and practical.
