This house is a gem of St Pete. A charming garden bungalow, with a screened in from porch with plenty of seating for fun, coffee or cocktails. The Bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathroom's; 1 w/remodeled tub and shower and another with a stand up shower, queen bed located in the private bedroom. Tropical yard with a hot tub, easy airport/highway access, key-less doors. Blazing fast internet with 1850's antique desk, 2 4K monitor's.

Large kitchen that is full equipped, with small load washer/dryer. Historic bungalow was built in 1924 and has original finishes but modern convince. The back yard is awesome with multiple places to sit, chill, work. Very clean house with charming appeal.

The house starts w/a screened in front porch (newly refinished hardwood floors), that is great for sipping coffee, relaxing or cocktails at sunset. 2 separate bedroom's and the master has a queen bed w/a tub. The 2nd bed room has a full bath with a stand up shower.
The kitchen is spacious for cooking, new appliances, gas for cooking, pots and pans and room for hanging out.
For your vacation fitness here is an in-home gym with dumbbells and recumbent bike. All of your basic fitness needs can be meet.
The house has original 1924 hard wood floors that go from front to back. The backyard is full of exotic plants. There is a charcoal Webber grill with plenty of seating areas.
Crescent Lake park is two blocks away, and has marked running/walking trails, dog park, tennis courts, pickle ball, playground and plenty of open space to run or relax. This house is located 1.5 miles from downtown St Pete.
Downtown has great museums, restaurants, nightlife, parks and so much more. Downtown is the place to be in west Florida. Smoking and parties are not allowed.
For TV you have access to Apple TV on a large wall mount 5K TV. There is no cable however plenty of ways to stream shows, such as Apple TV and a smart TV. You can also log into any app using your user name and password for Netflix, ABC, NBC or any channel your cable provides. Quite safe neighborhood but lock your car doors and the house doors when you leave. Plenty of parking in the street. Crescent lake park is 2 blocks away. Downtown is 1.5 miles away. DT St Pete has great restaurants and nightlife. You will love this neighborhood!

The airport is a 15-20 min car ride away. Uber will show up normally in less than 5 min. The average cost to get to downtown is $8. Restaurants within walking, biking, car and Uber. Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Rolling Oats are available with in minuets. Tripp's dinner is 2 blocks away for breakfast or lunch. + so may wonderful places to eat
