Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to keep you connected to the outdoors. Large sliding glass doors frame views of the pool, allowing natural light to pour in while giving guests the perfect backdrop for board games or quiet moments together. Central air conditioning, light walls, and a mix of wood and tile flooring ensure the interior stays cool and inviting even on the warmest desert days. The full kitchen is equipped with a French‑door refrigerator, ample counter space, large and small appliances, and generous cabinet storage, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain your group.

Both bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for added privacy, each comfortably outfitted to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day in the sun. The primary bedroom features a king‑size bed, a smart TV, recessed lighting, and an en‑suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen‑size bed, a smart TV, and its own en‑suite bath as well. Just off the living room, a bonus room offers a twin‑size daybed—an ideal hideaway for a little one or an extra guest—and includes its own en‑suite bathroom for added convenience.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
