Welcome to Casa Carey. This 9,000 sq foot villa was recently remodeled. It is located within the private gated community of Punta Tortuga within Los Veneros/ W Hotel Punta Mita complex.

Enjoy the privacy of Punta Tortuga Beach and access the nearby surf breaks, skateboard park, and all the beautiful nearby beaches such as Playa Destiladeras.

The quaint town of Punta Mita is just 7 miles up the road, with fantastic restaurants, unique boutiques, and a chic vibe. The boho towns of Sayulita and San Pancho are within a short drive as well.

Accommodations:
1st floor:
• Room one: King-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, access to the garden with pool and garden views. Private patio is adjacent to the bathroom for ultimate privacy.
• Room two: Two single beds, private bathroom, and private closet.
• An additional stand-alone full bathroom located in the corridor by the main entrance.
• Open floor entertainment area including a large fully equipped kitchen, kitchen nook for 6 excellent for breakfast sitting or coffee in the morning, dining table for 12, and living area all open to the yard and pool with ocean views.

2nd floor:
• Room three: King-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, wrap-around balcony facing the garden and pool
• Room four: king-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, private wooden balcony facing the garden and pool, and a second private balcony facing the hills
• Room five: Two single beds and two single trundles, private bathroom, closet, and balcony facing the hills
