Willkommen in der Casa Cristal del Mar (Seaglass Haus), eine neu Villa gebaut, die alles, was Sie für einen herrlichen tropischen Urlaub brauchen bietet! Dieses Luxus-Residenz ist eine brandneue, speziell angefertigten, 3000 sq ft Haus in dem ruhigen Fischerdorf liegt am Rande des renommierten Gated Community mit dem Four Seasons und St. Regis Hotels

Wir sind nur wenige Meter entfernt vom Strand und der Nachbarschaft der Nähe bietet frisch gepresste Säfte, Kaffee, einen Bio-Garten-Café, hausgemachtes Eis und Straße Tacos. We had a wonderful time in Punta de Mita on a family vacation with our friend and our two kids (11 and 14). The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. Curt and Victoria were highly responsive and accommodating hosts and the daily housekeeping service provided by Candy kept everything in lovely condition during our stay.

Cristal Del Mar exceeded our expectations. We have rented several VRBO's and this one was another gem and standout. We were looking for a peaceful R&R vacation with surf and good food and that is exactly what we got. The villa is absolutely gorgeous in its modern style that reflects the Mexican culture with hand painted tile in the cocina and many other details with every luxury you could possibly want in a third world country. It was spacious, quiet, immaculate and just steps from the beach, which has the clearest water and most gentle surf. We love that this host provides everything you need for the beach as well as several resources to make your trip memorable. We did not book the chef early enough for the holiday season, but will next time as we would have loved to have utilized the sweeping upstairs patio with view more than we did. Fortunately, there is no shortage of good food in the area. The first night we stumbled upon a very authentic home style restaurant on the neighboring street called Teresa's tacos, which really made us feel like we were in Mexico. We also had several seafood dinners in town. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Candy the housekeeper is a gem and greeted us upon arrival, and was a steady presence and resource for us. We are so glad we chose to stay in town as it was nice to be where the locals lived and walking distance to everything. We were so happy to see that this fishing town is unspoiled and still very quaint. We can't wait to return.

Great home for a local feel and experience

The house is beautiful and incredibly stocked for all you would need to cook and entertain. The rooftop is phenomenal. We were there during Holy Week so we didn’t have the option for a chef but the restaurants on restaurant row are amazing and the locals are incredibly friendly. We surfed for a day or so, waves weren’t as good as we’d hoped but not much you can do about that. Had our 14 and 16 with us and did a lot of adventures outside of town as well. Very safe. Hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We rented a golf cart for our stay which was great but probably would have done a car if we go again. Amazing time as a family.

Lovely home in La Cruz

Casa Cristal del Mar is a lovely home in the quaint village of Punta de Mita with everything you could possibly need for a complete vacation getaway.When you stay there you feel like you are staying in a home and not just a "rented house". It is well decorated, has a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. There are blankets and pillows on the furniture, and decor on the walls, for that extra touch of coziness. Given the house has 3 levels, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax.The rooftop patio is exceptional, and was used for morning coffee, afternoon naps, and for an evening dinner catered by Alonso and his daughter, which was excellent.The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and walking around town, and to the beach was easy (but please note that the streets are dirt and cobblestones and uneven cement so good footwear is a must). The nearby beach is small but the swimming is excellent. There are little markets around town to purchase basic groceries, and lots of good restaurants and nightly 'pop ups' that sell Mexican street food if you want to eat out.There were a few issues that come up during our stay, and most were handled efficiently and in a timely manner.Curt and Victoria are great hosts, Candi was a lovely and trustworthy housekeeper, and Noe (works for Daniel's taxi service) made quite a few trips to and from the airport getting me and my guests there and back safely and on time!Would love to return!

Lovely house. Lots of room for us (5 adults and 2 children). Rooftop terrace fabulous. Few minute walk to the beach. Wagon was great to haul the 3 year old around in. Good restaurants within walking distance. Little noisy a couple of times but overall everyone had a wonderful vacation with great lifetime memories.

Amazing Property

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Cristal Del Mar! We took advantage of every amenity, including the beautiful pool, rooftop terrace, access to the beach and exploring the quaint town. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. We also hired the local chef to prepare breakfast and dinner during one day of our day, which was a true highlight of the trip. The house manager, Roman, was wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay and the owner was gracious to answer all of our questions and refer us to any business or service provider that we needed. We highly recommend a visit to Punta Mita and look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful home in a vibrant neighborhood

We had a wonderful week staying in Curt's house in Punta de Mita. The house is very well-equipped, comfortable, and full of character. We enjoyed card games by the pool and dinner/ drinks on the gorgeous rooftop terrace. It was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We were very pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood, which is vibrant and full of local restaurants, corner stores, a weekend market, and friendly neighbors. It was also a very short walk to the beach/ downtown area. We were glad we didn't stay in a big resort - this was much better! And kudos to the house staff for being so helpful, quick to respond to questions, and keeping the house in such great shape. We were very happy with our experience!

Great trip in Punta Mita

The house was everything we wanted for our trip to Punta Mita. The roof deck has great views, summer kitchen and space to relax, and the plunge pool off the main kitchen was perfect. Everything was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the house was very well stocked. Curt was communicative right from the beginning and the property manager met us at the door when we arrived from the airport. We would absolutely visit again! Thank you for having us.

Great space to spend time with our children and grandchildren. The local beach was disappointing as it is rocky making it difficult to swim or wade. Other than walking through town all activities are a drive so a car is helpful. Curt was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing home!!

What a great place! We very much enjoyed being located almost equi distance to a surf break and a great swimming beach (5 min walk). Also, the unique location of the house allows you to be fully immersed in the town and local culture. We shopped for produce and fish locally and very much enjoyed eating at the street side restaurants where the locals eat! Would love to go back and would highly recommend the house!

Perfect Punta de Mita getaway

Myself, husband and two other friends recently spent a week at this property. This was our first time staying in Punta de Mita and we loved the town. Multiple great restaurants and taco stands were walking distance from the house. Beach access is less than a 5 minute walk and the house is well supplied with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We looked forward to our morning coffee and sunset sippers on the large rooftop patio. We also hired a private chef to ring in the New Year and enjoyed our meal and the surrounding firework show from the rooftop. The house was spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults. We could have easily utilized the third bedroom for another couple/family. My only negative to report would be the safe in the house was not working - we did feel secure in this neighbourhood, however a locking safe is always extra reassuring when travelling. Overall, we had a really wonderful stay at this property and will be reminiscing for months to come!

This house was consistent with all of the elements as described on the website. Fully supplied with all the things anyone would need for a stay. Owner was responsive to emails and property manager responsive to check in.

Punta Mita Fun

This was my third time in Punta Mita, but my first time staying at the Crystal del Mar property. It was fabulous. Although it was just a friend and me, this home would be great for three couples or a large family. The host (Curt and Victoria) were easy to communicate with and always responded to my pre-visit questions. Check in with Ramon was very easy and quick. The home was clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. The home included great beach gear including surf and boogie boards. Needless to say it is a quick walk to the ocean. The pool is in great condition, clean and perfect temp. The gem for us was the roof deck - expansive with a 360 view of ocean, mountains and the town. Quiet at night, perfect at cocktail hour and the hours after a nice dinner at one of the nearby options. Our local friend already hopes to book it for a 2024 visit with his extended family. The only minor negative is the early 10:00 am check-out, but I'm not sure anything can be done about that. I would recommend Crystal del Mar to any VRBOer.

The comforts of home in paradise

Curt’s property had everything we needed and more to enjoy our week in Mexico. Our kids loved the pool and it was nice that the beach was only a short 3-5 minute walk from the beach. They had everything we needed to enjoy our long days at the beach including surf/paddle/boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed all of the local restaurants, especially Norma’s, Teresa’s, Casa del Pintor, but most of all home cooked meals from Pati and Pamela. Thank you Curt! We will definitely be back!

Perfect House for a Perfect Vacation in Punta Mita!

Can't say enough positive things about this property! Beautiful home in quiet, local town in Punta Mita. Curt and Vicky were very responsive and provided a wealth of knowledge to make your stay perfect! Property has everything you need for a great vacation - fully furnished, tons of room, surfboards, SUPs, body boards, pool and fabulous top patio to make your evenings perfect! Town has a lot of local charm with great local food options within minutes from the house - from Theresa's Tacos, Norma's Tacos, Deli Coffee (which our kids loved the crepas/smoothies), Dulci Churros (great street stand homemade churros). If you want great sit down dining, 3 min walk to the strip with great restaurants - ours was Minas. Highly recommend Manny's Adventures for a trip to Mariettas Islands - Great 3 hour excursion. Property is fantastic, well maintained, cleaned daily and the owners were fantastic. A must stay if you want a perfect vacation in Punta Mita, immersed with the local culture but with a resort-style house! Thank You Curt and Vicky!

Amazing Vacation

This is truly a special property. We've been to this area several times and stayed in some nice homes but none compare to this unit. First off the location cant be beat. Right on the beach. If you surf its right in front and a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Chris was great and made check in a breeze. It was just my wife and I however there's plenty of space for two couples or family members. We plan on going back with my mother in law and access will be a breeze for her. Also a perfect place if you want a day to lay low and watch tv or lounge by the pool. We're planning on our next trip already and cant wait to go back!

Emiliano Zapata has the best of both worlds- local juice and taco stands, coffee shops, fresh made churros, and local restaurants and is just a short walk away from the 5 star restaurants on restaurant row.
