The Space:
"Welcome to our home! An embodiment of grandeur and grace, this spacious home perfectly pairs modern elegance with homely comfort. Two luxuriously outfitted bedrooms hold the promise of restful sleep. In the master bedroom, you'll discover a king-size bed, a peaceful sitting area, access to the pool, and a smart HDTV. Our second bedroom, a haven of tranquility, is ideal for the young ones or a group of friends, comprising a double bed, bunk bed, and a sunlight-kissed window.

The home features two modern bathrooms, an oasis of refreshment with spacious showers, double vanity units, and essential toiletries all at your disposal. Culinary enthusiasts will find delight in our gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and an island primed for sociable cooking.

Externally, the stage is set for alfresco dining by the poolside on our tastefully arrayed patio furniture, against the backdrop of Florida’s mesmerizing sunsets. Engage in serene, laid-back evenings or host a family BBQ on our patio grill. The heated pool, softly illuminated, welcomes endless hours of fun and relaxation.

Guests will experience a seamless self-check-in provided via a smart lock, ensuring their delightful journey commences from the front door itself. You will have exclusive access to all areas of the house, including the all-important heated pool, offering complete privacy and unadulterated luxury. Free on-premises parking caters to your vehicle needs, guaranteeing safety and security throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:
WELCOME TO NAPLES PARK
Naples Park was first developed in the 1950s and was thought to be a ‘blue-collar neighborhood’. While Vanderbilt beach is a draw for many, other vacationers appreciate the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities. Naples Park stands alone as the only neighborhood of its kind west of 41. Many argue there is no better value in all of Naples.

LOCATED NORTH OF DOWNTOWN NAPLES

RESTAURANTS & MARKETS
The Mercato, just across the street from Naples Park, was first established around 2009, as a luxury shopping center with great dining. Unlike Fifth Avenue South and Third Street, which are celebrated for their small boutique shops and intimate, yet well-acclaimed restaurants, and the Waterside Shops, Mercato has more of the feel of a downtown district rather than a shopping center. You can also find groceries stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix.

SHOPPING
In regards to shopping, you have a variety of high-end boutiques to larger retail shops that sell items great for the entire family. These include Sur la Table, Paper Source, Bio New York, Charming Charlie, Tommy Bahama, Nordstrom Rack, Z Gallerie, and ULTA Beauty. This variety also extends to the restaurants available at the Mercato.

DINING
These include the innovative Mexican restaurant MASA, the Asian-fusion cuisine of AZN Azian Cuisine, the fantastic steaks and upscale American cuisine at the Capital Grille, great Italian restaurants like BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and Naples Flatbread Company and Wine Bar, the fabulous seafood at McCormick and Schmick’s, and the creative dining experiences at The Counter Burger and the Stage 62 Deli.
