This cozy mountain condo plus loft is the perfect place for your trip to the majestic Rocky Mountains! Inside, you will find 1,480 square feet of rustic living space, while outside, you will enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the private balcony. You and your lucky guests will easily access the slopes from the Snowflake Lift or gondola, along with ski-in access along the 4 O'Clock Run. Take a short walk from the property to Main Street for a night out in the charming mountain town. For fresh air and mountain views, the outside deck has unbeatable views of peaks 8, 9, and 10, making for a great après-ski at your condo. While the adults are chatting on the balcony, the kids can hang out in the upstairs living area in the loft, which features a three-person leather couch and another TV.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
