Diese 1.276-Quadratfuß-Einheit ist ein hochklassiges Refugium sicher, dass Ihre zwei Schlafzimmern plus Dachboden, drei Badezimmer zu Hause weg von zu Hause zu sein.

Es gibt reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten in diesem warmen, einladenden Einheit auf dem großen L-förmigen, Plüsch Couch, um Ihre Lieblings-DVD-Film auf dem Flachbild-TV zu genießen. Wenn es kalt draußen, nehmen Komfort in der Wärme der Kamin beim Lesen Sie Ihren Urlaub buchen und genießen eine Tasse heißen Kakao.

Die saubere, Granit Küche ist in geeigneter Weise mit allen notwendigen Geräten und mehr bestückt; Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Genießen Sie ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstück im Komfort des eigenen Einheit am Holz Esstisch für sechs Personen gemacht.

Das erste Schlafzimmer ist mit einem TV, Kingsize-Bett in den gemütlichen Blumen Bettwäsche und Holzmöbeln in ganz umhüllt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes, großes Badezimmer angebracht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten in komfortablen Betten mit einem Fernseher und einem schönen Nachtfenster eingehüllt. Das Loft verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, TV, Kommode für die Lagerung und kleine Stereo-Entertainment-Center. Sollten Sie weitere Schlafmöglichkeit benötigen, gibt es eine Königin Schlafsofa in der Einheit erlaubt Unterkünfte für acht Personen.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten im Gerät sind ein Balkon und W-LAN. Der Komplex Exterieur und alle öffentlichen Bereiche wurden vor kurzem renoviert und modernisiert. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Ski Hill-Komplexes gehören ein beheizter Außenpool (nur Sommernutzung, Memorial Day bis Labour Day), münzbetriebene Wäschemöglichkeiten, ein Picknickbereich, zwei gemeinsame Whirlpools im Freien und ein überdachter Parkplatz. Just what we needed

comfortable, good number of beds for groups that aren't couples. Walk to gondola was very convenient. Parking too.

Nice property

Overall this was a nice property. Great location and nice property layout. I’m unable to give the property all 5 stars due to the following. Cleanliness upon arrival. Everything was straightened out, but it was obvious there had not been a deep cleaning on the property in quite some time And one of the bathrooms may have been missed upon the last tenant checking out. Some of the window treatments were not operational, we had to call maintenance because the hot water heater was set so low only one person could have a hot shower. Lastly, there was not enough silverware in the drawer to feed the people in our party for a single meal.All of these are easily remedied. Again, the property itself was very nice just the management of it could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and nice and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable and location was perfect - close to gondola and main street so lots to do within walking distance.

Ideal Location

Perfect ski condo! A short walk to the gondola, and downtown. You can also ski almost all the way back home by taking the 4pm to gondola return runs We walked all around town and had a great time here.

Great Location!

We had a great time at this condo. It was in a great location and we could walk to everything, including to a bike rental store. It was roomy and we could’ve had another couple or 2 with plenty of room. Loved it!

Perfect for skiing

We had a great time we skied in every day and cooked dinner at night. Everyone had there own bathroom and space. Could not have worked better ! Close enough to Main Street to walk to as well .

Condo was great. Check in confusing as email with pictures and instructions came too late. We also didnt get parking permit in packet. Swimming was awesome! Very disappointed we had to pay for laundry services. Also having only one parking permit and additional parking so far away was not convenient.

Good value but property details need improving

Condo is a great location for skiing. Basically across the street from Gondola AND is walking distance to town. I'd say description in listing is correct. My only suggestion is for Property owners to communicate parking instructions better. On arrival, we didn't know where to park and were worried we didn't have a space. Also, we got our check-in txt an hour before arrival. I had to call VRBO just to make sure our reservation was OK.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us stayed in Ski Hill 50 July 17th-24th, 2021 for a hiking trip. The condo was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to downtown and emough space for the four of us.As noted in other reviews, the trach truck comes early. This was not an issues for us we usually had already left for hiking. Another thing was the lack of any left over spices, oil, condiments that are typically found in rental homes. This may be due to COVID.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: THE MOST PATHETIC RENTAL EXPERIENCE IN 65 YEARS. Upon arriving late in the evening of a 5-day rental, Expecting to have a clean PROPERTY to rest and lounge in for the first ski vacation booked in over 5 years, we were stunned! Opening the entry door we were immediately hit by a foul odor. Entry rug was dirty & stained, the D/S carpet was very dated & stained (the entire property is dated), it quickly became apparent that was where the odor was coming from. We were taken away as our prospect of much-needed rest after driving 18 hours was destroyed. We were dismayed! There were potato chips on the floor, the dining room table still had food smeared on it, there was no lock on the door to the balcony & the bottom lock on the front door was broken, not safe. The U/S guest room was extremely warm, had to open & keep windows open to cool down, 1 of the beds was within inches of the floor heaters, a fire hazard. Curious, pulled back the sheets & the mattress was covered in urine, the toilet was not anchored to the floor, the closets were packed w/ misc stuff. At that time we made the decision to vacate the PROPERTY early due to health concerns. Contacted the PROPERTY OWNER as soon as possible to notify them that we were vacating early, within 24 hours of arriving, management told us the only way they would refund the remaining 4 days of $2145 rental was if someone else rented the property yet they listed it for $125/day less than what they charged us. 5 days later still dealing with being charged for vacating an unhealthy PROPERTY. That's bad business!
