Located on the second level, this darling and rustic home away from home has unparalleled views over the ski run and easy town access. This fully remodeled retreat is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and small groups with two inviting bedrooms. You will find all the conveniences of a home with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, cable TV in the living room, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom, and access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Please Note: This property is Ski In but not Ski Out.
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
