David has been summering on PEI since 1968 and started his first properrty (The Inn at Bay Fortune) in 1988 after buying the former summer home of playwright Elmer Harris at that time owned by the actress Colleen Dewhurst. After gutting and rehabing that property he expanded it in 1998 and the next year in 1999 David bought The Ark Inn and Restaunat located on Spry Point in Little Pond. After tearing the building down to the foundation and completely rebuilding he began operating The Inn at Spry Point in 2000, he operated the property till 2021 as The Inn at Spry Point and that has been completely renovated from a fifteen-bedroom Inn into Ned's Landing at Spry Point, we are now seven spacious high end two-bedroom self-catering apartments.
All apartments come with full kitchen, dining, living room all with high end finish, set at the tip of Spry Point with thousands of feet of shore front. Seven-minute walk to the beach, or wander our trails along the perimeter of Spry Point. Close enough to restaurants and services, far enough away to feel like you escaped. Five are two bedrooms with two bathrooms ranging in size from 1248 to 1485 square feet. Two are two bedrooms with two and one half bathrooms ranging from 1657 to 2056 square feet. All units have individual heat pump with AC and laundry with washer/dryer. Two (2) night minimum. Rentals range from two (2) nights to much longer stays with pricing to encourage longer stays.

We are located in Little Pond on Spry Point, a 110+ acre peninsula with water surrounding us, amazing water views, trails that circumnavigate the shore and a Right Of Way (ROW) directly along the shore to the beach, Sally's Beach Provincial Park.
Spry Point offers both sunset and sunrise views with water on the east, south, and west sides of the peninsula, a firepit, well kept grounds with a kitchen garden with fresh herbs.
Ned's Landing at Spry Point takes up 20 plus acres at the tip of the point. Souris, Cardigan and St Peters are a short twenty minute drive with Georgetown and Montague about thirty minutes drive and Charlottetown a bit under an hour away.
Our location is ideal, located in a rural area away from commerce and crowds, but close enough to get to restaurants, shopping, beaches and all of the attractions golf courses, provincial and national parks, trails, etc.
Whether you are doing the Island Walk, cycling the Island, coming for a beach vacation, or attending one of the many festivals and events, Spry Point is perfect.
The eastern end of PEI is home to over 50 beaches, some walking distance and others an easy drive. Bottom line, Spry Point is a peaceful sanctuary, on oasis where you can hear the wind, the sea, and see the stars unimpeded by light polution.
