Come vacation in our beautiful home in relaxing Coronado! Our remodeled 3 bedroom 3 full bath home is both cozy and modern. The home is very convenient in walking distance to parks, stores, Coronado Brewery, Coronado Ferry, and of course bikes get you everywhere.

Summers in Coronado have recently become humid and without central A/C you might be uncomfortable. Our new central A/C system keeps the whole house cool when needed on humid days. Otherwise, a nice natural breeze through the front door and fans in every room will keep the house cool.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, skylight, 2 walk-in closets, and is adjoined by a wonderful full bathroom with two sinks and a glassed in shower.
The second bedroom downstairs has a full sized bed and is two steps from a full bathroom with a shower and tub.

The upstairs has wonderful natural lighting and also has a full bathroom with a shower. It is currently being used as an office only but a queen sofa bed will be provided if needed for a 3rd bedroom. There is plenty of space to utilize this space as a bedroom and office simultaneously if needed.
The spacious family room is carpeted with plenty of room to spread out, relax, and watch TV.
A modern galley kitchen with quartz countertops and a gas stove with upgraded appliances connects the dining room with the family room. The dining room has a formal dining table and opens up via sliding glass doors to a deck and private fenced in front patio providing for plenty of sunlight and fresh air.
